Like a good slave, he has returned to the plantation. I am sorry to use that metaphor, but his actions are like that of a slave saying "I'll be good from now on, Massa." A real leader would have told the NC GOP to shove it and would have resigned from the party after how he was treated.

Please read the entire comment at Rachel Lea Hunter's website, www.rachelforjustice.com , then let her know what you think about her style of hate-based, liberal politics.

I thought Justices were supposed to be open-minded and non-political.

Gee.

I wonder how this one will vote.

sounds like she is upset that he stayed on the republican plantation rather than joining her on hers.

That has got to be the ugliest, most cluttered website I have ever seen. Who designed it, AOL?

My god, can you imagine the uproar if a Republican candidate had said that about a black Democrat candidate?!

The noise would be overwhelming.

The bulk of the text is even worse than the excerpt I posted. Her headline reads, "Vernon Robinson, The Republican 666 Beast" It will be interesting to see how Democrats react to her rants. Will they support Rachel Lea Hunter's bigotry and racism?

I assume this Hunter "lady" is mounting a longshot bid for the NC Supreme Court, right? She makes Julian Bond sound tame.

""Progressive"

Perhaps the biggest misrepresentation of a word in the history of mankind.

I went to her website (which is a mess!) and read the whole statement, and couldn't make heads or tails of it. She goes on for many paragraphs ranting about "the beast," and by the time I got to the end, where she presumably identifies "the beast" (I assume it's the GOP), I'd lost interest and skipped to her next rant, which is about how she never said Dean Smith endorsed her and why doesn't everyone just leave her alone? Two words: Nut. Case.

Morning, my friend, This is the sort of judicial bigot that a Democrat President like Hillary!, or Kerry, or Gore would cheerfully appoint to the federal bench. I've been a voice crying in the wilderness for decades on this point, but....

A primary reason I support Republicans for President is when they make it clear they will appoint only judges and Justices who respect and will obey the Constitution. That's why, for all his faults, I still support Bush. That's why I support George Allen in 2008.

P.S. New info. My primary is over, but because of legal and ethical problems, the incumbent may withdraw/be forced out. He is also losing in the latest poll (5/28) to the Democrat challenger. I seek to be the replacement nominee. For more information see my website. I still need your help.

{I support Republicans for President is when they make it clear they will appoint only judges and Justices who respect and will obey the Constitution.}

This must be noted everytime in a Presidential Year. Senate races and Presidential races aren't about personal biographies, tax cuts, medicare, etc. Its about who do you want on the Supreme Court.

A little background for those outside of our fair state. This is the moonbat who petitioned to have her name officially listed as "Madame Justice" on the ballot, even though she hasn't been elected yet. She also had in big bold letters an "endorsement" from college basketball coaching legend Dean Smith, even though he never endorsed her and had only taken a photo of her once. He didn't even know who she was, but she still had an "endorsement" from him. He demanded it be taken off of her website, which she "promptly" did (I think) about a week or so after his lawyers demanded it removed.

To say this woman is somewhat arrogant is like saying the Pope is "somewhat catholic". Frankly, I think she'd have a better chance of spontaneously combusting than being elected, but you just never know. I am not too worried that she will ever see the NCSC bench, though.

And as usual, she'll get away with this one. Just like all the others.

Just curious, why'd you get suspended last week?

I saw nothing objectionable in your threads. When I asked the Admin Mod I got no response whatsoever.

I saw this nutbag's website when it was linked via an article on another website about the controversy over whether or not Dean Smith had endorsed her. She is even more crazy than the average Dhimmicrat politician-which is saying something. Any thoughts about her chances?

Maybe her friends in Communist China.

Looks like this to me but all of the signs are blinking.
