It seems that Zakaria Amara, one of the 12 terrorist suspects arrested in Toronto today, is also an amateur poet (stress on amateur).
Here's a sample of his exquisite verse:
LITTLE MUSLIM FROM PALESTINE
I'll always be a contender
Yes, I know my bones are very tender
And by Allah you won't see me surrender
Look at my eyes? You'll see no butterflies
My home is filled with cries... due to all the lost lives
But I swear by Allah I'll never compromise
I'll still throw the stones even with my broken bones
Why can't I hear from you, don't you have any phones?
Ya I forgot, your not on the chase, try it out and put your self in my place
Soon I'll return to my lord , the one that deserves every grace
Oh you don't have to worry cause of me you'll find no trace
It really is to late, why did you wait?
You could have sent me at least one dinner plate
I guess it is my fate
And La Ilaha Illa Allah is my mate.
If Allah gets a whiff of this stuff, old Zackie ain't gonna get his 72 virgins (raisins?).
Interesting site. Did you notice that the link just above the poem on the original website goes to something at Oregon State University?
Whatever it led to appears to have been taken down. Does this mean that little Zakaria Amara was a student at Oregon State? Pure speculation at this point, but interesting.
People this dumb have no clue as to how FREAKIN' DUMB they really are!
Now that you've suggested doing as search on this guy, here's another of his poems I've turned up, from
http://english.islamway.com/bindex.php?section=article&id=249
Wake up!
Where are the Malcolms and where are the X's
People of today come back to your senses
Before the day comes where there'll be no recompenses
We are wasting our time at heavens expenses
Claim over the fences and lay over the Benzs
The west looks at me with a funny type of way
Frown, clown do what you want but I'll never turn around
From the sunnah of the Prophet and the Holy Quran
Which makes up the perfect deen, the religion of Islam
I am filled with peace when at the masjid I hear the Iqama
But when I show more interest they call me Osama
Just trying to practice my deen so they call me extreme
They tell me I am too young, I am only sixteen
With Muslims of today there will be no sallah-u-deen
So wake up and come back home
How many times do we hear it, do we need a different tone?
It is time to go out there and get our Islam shown

This chump already has his one-way ticket to Palookaville.
Step aside Maya Angelou! At the next Dem. Presidential inaugural(if such be our unlucky fate) our newest national treasure will bedazzle us with words to make the Muses weep.
They call this poetry (at Oregon State U?) - I call it Pig-swill.
Thank you for your constructive criticism. My earlier post contained a very unfair inaccuracy.
Most muslim women are taller than 5 feet tall which would make my comment about "5 foot tall vaginas" a fundamentally unfair one.
And BTW...whaddya think about the muslim in Canada who wanted to behead the Prime Minister? Sounds like something that someone straight out the 9th Century would want to do,don't you think????
Personally, I prefer the poetry of the Scottish master, Ewan McTeagle.
'To Ma Own beloved Lassie. A poem on her I7th Birthday. Lend us a couple of bob till Thursday. I'm absolutely skint. But I'm expecting a postal order and I can pay you back as soon as it comes. Love Ewan.'
And the memorable,
'Whaes twenty quid to the bloody Midland Bank?'
