The Hillary Curse continues. Everyone knows of the Curse of the Bambino foisted on long suffering Boston Red Sox fans until finally vanquished in 2004. I've been tracking The Hillary Curse. What is that, you may ask?
Well, ever since the voters of New York saw fit to alect Hillary Clinton as their Senator in 2000, no New York professional team has won any championship.
Yep, go check for yourselves. Not the vaunted Yankees, Mets, Rangers, Knicks, Jets or Giants have won the ultimate prize; God's little payback for the b*itch.
Tonight, 2 days after the Democratic convention in Buffalo, NY, the Buffalo Sabres were eliminated from Stanley Cup contention with their 4-2 loss to the Carolina Hurricanes, who are now on their way to the finals.
Sports Story HERE.
I'm more interested whether any enterprising reporter or blogger will pick up this little ditty. You have my permission to run with this, but remember, you heard it here first!

Brind'Amour's third-period goal snapped a tie and sent the Hurricanes into the championship round Thursday night with a 4-2 victory over the Buffalo Sabres in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference finals.
The Yankees were without All-Star closer Mariano Rivera, who injured his back while putting on his spikes before the game.
"He had one shoe on, and when he went to put the left shoe on, something spasmed," Yankees manager Joe Torre said before the game. "It's something new every day."
Yanks blow lead, lose in the ninth.
If Hillary were to somehow get elected president, that could turn into a full-blown curse on the whole nation.
Yep. It was like the curse of Kennedy over the Red Sox, relayed by Neal Boortz as the curse of Chapaquiddick.
:-)
Thousands of us Red Sox fans are planning to spill over the border to vote for Hillary in 2006.
Curse of the Hillary. What a concept.
Go Hillary, 2006!
The Hillary Curse Oct 2000.. . .The Yanks last won a World Series defeating the New York Mets in five games.
Nov. 2000....New York elects Hillary Clinton, an Illinois native who declares herself "A lifelong Yankees fan," to the Senate.
Since then it's been a series of disappointments:
2001: The usually reliable Mariano Rivera gets roughed up in the 9th inning of game 7 and the Yankees lose the World Series to Arizona Diamondbacks.
2002: An 8 run 5th inning finishes the Yankees as they Lose the Division Series to Anaheim Angels in four.
2003: Lost World Series to Florida Marlins in six in which the Marlins become the first opposing team to win the World Series at Yankee Stadium since 1981.
2004: In the biggest choke in sports history, After being up 3-0, the Yankees lose the next four and lose the Championship Series to Red Sox in seven.
2005: Yankees bat 0.194 with runners in scoring position and lose Division Series to Anaheim Angels in five.
Coincidence? I Think not
I made the same point yesterday -- it's bad enough when Hillary proclaims her "undying support" for the Sabres, but then they had Chucky Schumer acting like an ass hoisting a phony Stanley Cup at the convention.
The series was very evenly matched, and Carolina was a deserving winner. Brind'Amour is a great player, but I didn't appreciate his post-game interview tonite when he accused Lindy Ruff of "talking too much", when his coach "PrettyBoy" Laviolette is always such as big whiner.
"He had one shoe on, and when he went to put the left shoe on, something spasmed," Yankees manager Joe Torre said before the game. "It's something new every day."
It ain't over until you put your spikes on.
You may be on to something. Think about what the Clinton's did to the Serb's in Kosovo. There you got it.
"Damn. Millions on a team and it's out the window for a 10 friggin dollar hat. And the bitch stiffed me on that too."
I wonder if Chucky would even know the Stanley Cup if it tip over and hit him in the shin.
What an ass.
This was a great series. Please not the tag line that has been there since round 1!
Rather than "The Hillary Curse," this is actually called "The Curse of the Hildabeast."
LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL
I could sure believe it!
I wouldn't want to have a valuable grandfather clock in a room she was to walk through.
If this is true, payback is indeed a b@tch!
Damn, and I was hoping the Giants were going to have a good year.
Thanks for the reminder.
Run Hillary Run!
