BUSH UNVEILS NEW 'NO MILLIONAIRE LEFT BEHIND' SOCIAL PROGRAM
WASHINGTON -- President Bush proudly unveiled his new $70 billion dividend and capital gains tax cuts at a ceremony in the Rose Garden this morning, calling it an inspired way to help "a forgotten part of American society -- the rich."
"We've put these provisions in place to help the already rich remain rich, or become richer," said the president. "I call it the 'No Millionaire Left Behind' program."
Bush denied that the tax cuts were designed to rally his base before the November midterm elections. "Not so," he said. "My fondest wish is simply that the No Millionaire Left Behind program will prevent the wealthy from ending up on soup lines, taking food away from the homeless.....

There's another matter to be discussed here and that is the plight of the second homeless. Millions of people in America are forced to live in one home and God Almighty, that's just not fair!!!!
