Why am I paying for him to receive some kind of psycho-babble treatment about how he feels like a woman? 4. Why does he think it is cruel and unusual for me NOT to pay to have him surgically mutilated to the likings of his warped mind? 5. Why should I care if he commits suicide? 6. Why don't we have a "Random Beating" rule for anyone who commits murders then proceeds to raise all kinds of frivilous legal hell from behind bars?
This is why we need a legal access restriction on criminals committed for life or the death penalty. They should be limited to discussions that deal only with their appeals. Treatment and other issues of "cruel and unusual" can be determined by an independent board. I have no pity for these bastards.
