I never really have cared to ask this before, but I just discovered the new Treo I have does a pretty good job of playing streaming audio from the Internet. I know that internet streams from shoutcast.com and treobits.com will work... but I'm not that encouraged by the listings I've seen thus far. Most of it looks like leftist ramblings that couldn't make it on commercial radio.
In any case, are there any recommendations from fellow FReepers for good conservative internet radio stations?
Thanks, -- Joe
P.S. If you have a Treo, Pocket Tunes Deluxe is the software that allows this. It also does a much better job playing MP3s than RealPlayer, and plays subscription WMA files.

Do you have a 650 or a 700?
I live way out in the mountains and can't pick up anything on AM radio except one or two local stations which play C&W music all day. When I'm working on my finishing out project in the basement I usually keep something interesting going on the computer speakers via the internet to make the work seem to go by faster. Just google up the website of almost any talk show you want to hear and it will have a link to the stations it's carried on.
I've a 650, running Palm OS5, of course. The 700p looks pretty awesome, BTW.

P.S. Thanks to all for the replies so far!
I'll second that!
I've got a new Treo 650 with Sprint service. I presume I need to buy the Internet service from Sprint for Pocket Tunes to work, right?
WMAL 630. Morning drive-time hosts are funny as well as conservative; then two hours of a conservative call-in show; then Rush, Hannity, Mark Levin, Chris Plante, and finally John Batchelor.
Dang, nice link. Thanks!
Correct.
Thumbs up for WMAL! I've been listening to Rush and Levin on it the last couple of days..

Thanks, and keep the recommendations coming...

Another online conservative broadcast is: The Joe Hoffman Show
He is on Live 365 and Blogtalk radio

Fun to listen!
