Yes, Brownback - R, KS has an ACU rating of 100 and voted Yea today. It's hard to explain sometimes.
Both mine (GA) voted nay.
Very happy about that.
I heard him speak on Fox today and thought...why can't I send them Mel Martinez and get Jeff Sessions instead!

Ditto!
here is a way to get emails through to all the staffers!
http://www.outsourcecongress.org/Outsource/congress/schstaffers.html
Email your Congressional Staffers
1. Why email a Senator's global email box, one that gets thousands of emails per day?
2. Who reads the global box? Probably an intern? ...just like an intern answers the phone.
3. With this tool you can email the CHIEF OF STAFF directly. So when he sits at his computer/Outlook your email is in his personal-work mailbox.
4. It sort of moves your issue up the priority list.
Try it, let them know how you feel. If you have any questions/issues, email us at Admin@OutsourceCongress.org
If you know staffers in district offices, please forward them to us.

I'm not abandoning the party, however my Republican senator is dispicable. I won't vote for him ever ever ever.
susie
I hope the "let's abandon the Republicans" crowd can clearly see the problem isn't with the Republican Party as a whole, and I hope they work to change it instead of walking completely away and turning the federal government over to the 'rats.
Senate voting from states boarding Mexico:
6-Yea, 4-No
Bummed out about that but it's all up to the house now..
Thanks to the great states of Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming for their double nay votes.
"Simple. Every "R" that voted for this travesty gets taken out. Ne excuses, no more GD RINO's."
How many of the GOP fools who voted for it are up for re-election this year?
I hope you mean in the next primary, and not by voting for someone else or not voting in November. I mainly made this thread to document how these RINOs voted for the next primary. It also shows where the dems feel they are vulnerable, i.e. the four dems who voted Nea and the two dems that didn't vote.
P.S. I'm making the exception in NY where I'm voting for John Spencer, who already has the Conservative nomination. The GOP hasn't won statewide in NY without endorsing the Conservative nominee.
Looking at the House bill, there are a few votes of concern. JD Hayworth, Boehner ....I thought they were solid on border first?

Both of my Senators sold us out! I am so disgusted with our party. Even Rush stated that he can't believe the disconnect with Washington DC and the people outside the beltway.
I'm with you babe! I can't believe I campaigned for him. I feel so betrayed by him.
I wouldn't worry about it. IIRC, the pubbies in the house got snookered into voting for the version in which being a illegal alien was a felony. That version was proposed by the dems. It was designed as a poison pill for the Senate.
You need 60 votes to stop debate in the Senate. So without 60 conservative votes in the Senate nothing gets done except mandatory budget bills.
Alaska: Murkowski (R-AK), Yea Stevens (R-AK), Yea - 8/22
Arizona: McCain (R-AZ), Yea - 9/12
Florida: Martinez (R-FL), Yea - 9/5

Indiana: Lugar (R-IN), Yea
Kansas: Brownback (R-KS), Yea - 8/1
Kentucky: McConnell (R-KY), Yea
Maine: Collins (R-ME), Yea Snowe (R-ME), Yea - 6/13 - IN THE LINE OF FIRE
Minnesota: Coleman (R-MN), Yea - 9/12
Nebraska: Hagel (R-NE), Yea
New Hampshire: Gregg (R-NH), Yea - 9/12
New Mexico: Domenici (R-NM), Yea - 6/6
Ohio: DeWine (R-OH), Yea Voinovich (R-OH), Yea
Oregon: Smith (R-OR), Yea
Pennsylvania: Nay Specter (R-PA), Yea
Rhode Island: Chafee (R-RI), Yea - 9/12 - IN THE LINE OF FIRE
South Carolina: Graham (R-SC), Yea - 6/13
Tennessee: Frist (R-TN), Yea - 8/3 - IN THE LINE OF FIRE
Utah: Bennett (R-UT), Yea - 6/27
Virginia: Warner (R-VA), Yea - 6/14
Three Very interesting Senators still have primaries.
Frist of Tennessee - August 3rd
Chafee of Rhode Island - September 12th
Snowe of Maine - June 13
Imagine the Impact of Frist losing his seat? As well as Chafee and Snowe.. RINO stampede. This is where to apply pressure on the Senate to get with the Program. If there are suitable Conservatives that can get elected we would be so much better off its crazy.. and we wouldn't have to flirt with giving over power to the Dems!!!
