Smith says it was "in response to high gas prices" and will be difficult to "pass in the Senate". I hope to hear and see a final vote total...not optimistic about my Congresscritter voting FOR the drilling, but who cares? We've got one of the branches of the legislature to vote the right way...now on to the Senate!
