The short answer is at least four: three in California and one in Florida. They are stolen from Michigan, Indiana, Utah, and Montana.
This isnt about any given member of Congress advocating any particular point of view. It is just simple math. The number of members of the House of Representatives is set by law at 435. After each Census these 435 seats are divided up among the States based on their population. Here is the US Census Bureau page explaining how:
http://www.census.gov/population/www/censusdata/apportionment/computing.html
Illegal aliens are counted in the US Census and they count toward the number of Representatives each State gets in the House of Representatives. In their 2000 Census Congressional Apportionment Brief the Census Bureau asks:
Were undocumented residents (aliens) in the 50 states included in the Census 2000 apportionment population counts?
and answers:
Yes, all people (citizens and noncitizens) with a usual residence in one of the 50 states were included in Census 2000 and thus in the apportionment counts.

For now lets ignore the absurdity of calling them undocumented, after all what are you actually doing when you count them in the Census if not documenting them.
It comes from the Constitution Representatives ... shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons.

According to the US Citizenship and Immigration Services as of 1996 there were 5 million illegal (oops, undocumented) aliens in the United States. They gave a breakdown by State.
http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/shared/aboutus/statistics/illegalalien/
I took the illegal alien population as of 1996 (the most recent US government statistic I could find with a State by State breakdown) and I subtracted the number of illegal aliens in each State from their 2000 Census populations and recalculated the Congressional apportionment without the illegal aliens. California drops from its current 53 representatives to 50 and Florida drops from 25 to 24. These four seats would have gone to Indiana (9 to 10), Michigan (15 to 16), Montana (1 to 2), and Utah (3 to 4). The difference in these numbers also reflects the number of electoral votes the illegal aliens have for President.
(Thats right, if it werent for the illegals we could have had anyone in the State of Montana instead of Stretch Pelosi)
Now consider that we are four years away from the 2010 Census with anywhere from 11 to 20 million illegal immigrants in our Country. Consider that the (scaled down from 217) 60 to 90 million legal immigrants proposed by the Senate will also be counted in the Census for purposes of determining Congressional representation whether or not they ever become citizens with the right to vote.
When you look at the State level the numbers become more significant. The primary consideration when redistricting Congressional districts is that they are of roughly equal population. We currently have between 600,000 and 700,000 people per Congressman. If you have an illegal alien or even legal non-citizen population in one area that approaches or exceeds that number, you wind up with a member of the House whose constituency has far more non-citizens than citizens. Imagine a place in the United States where less than 10% of the population can vote for their Representative, yet that Representative gets the same vote as a place where 100% of the people are eligible.
This is just one of many unaddressed and ignored problems surrounding illegal immigration and I have only touched the surface. Whether it is people coming here without vaccinations or immunizations bringing in diseases we have long ago eradicated or shifting the balance of our entire system of government, the drive-by media and our Senate have trivialized this issue to usurped inapplicable idealistic platitudes, pathetic racism smears, and the cost of a head of lettuce.
apparently more than US citizens do....
Wow! I had no idea they were counted in the census and towards Reps. That's just another reason why have to deport them, because it would take a constitutional amendment to get them to not be counted.
ROFLMAO: 'indigenous members of Aztlan do not count towards enumerations' heh.
The correct question is: "How Many Illegal Aliens do Congressional Representatives Have?".
Not to worry, they're just virtual representatives....
LOL. Breyer might buy that one, too.
As to the cost of a head of lettuce, I have read that only 1.5 million of the 11 to 12 million illegals are field workers.
I suppose that means we can load up 9.5 million illegals and ship `em out. Works for me.
