Hilary wants us to spend 20 billion dollars on a research project to see what can be done about the oil shortage,
She thinks we can all burn corn. Nothing was said about getting more oil out of the ground, I believe she has decided that China is her friend and is entitled to drill off Florida.
That poor woman. #21 being that physically abnormal and not having a brain is just too much for one person to have to bear.
It appears the noose is about 180 degrees out of position...
LOL...if she did, it wasn't for oil exploration. Probably would be more along the lines of taxing big oil for even thinking about it
