Thanks dinasour for the ping...I guess CSPAN2 is right since the Senate have their party caucus lunches on Tuesday...I was wondering if that was going to happen because of the immigration debate and pending cloture votes, but I'll check there....

No FR seemed to be down. I was in panic too. I found out about the briefing at like 9:30 and couldn't tell anybody.
Looking at the Forum post times, there is a gap between about 7:43 and 11ish EDT. So I think the entire site was down.
