The idea to form the North American Union as a super-NAFTA knitting together Canada, the United States and Mexico into a super-regional political and economic entity was a key agreement resulting from the March 2005 meeting held at Baylor University in Waco, Tex., between President Bush, President Fox and Prime Minister Martin.

"This whole episode stinks of black hellicopters to me."
I spent about 2 days reading info on CFR's website. Everything and more that Corsi says can be found on their website. Can they find a way to implement this monstrosity?
I don't think they can if they are up-front, but they don't seem to be very forthcoming to the American people about the need for 2 million new socialist citizens.

We already have the "Amero". It has an official name of the "dollar". People in Canada, Mexico and the rest of the world, all will take the dollar when you hand it to them or even when they steal it from you. Even the Euro cannot replace the dollar and is still a wantabe to most of the world.

It's the article I don't like. The header plainly links the President to a super NAFTA.
After reading the article, and the included links, it is a total piece of misdirection. The SPP website lists the goals of the Administration and it has nothing to do with a North American super entity, and the proposal for an "Amero" has nothing to do with the administration.

...Americans do NOT like to be part of a collective/UNION. ... They don't?
Ever hear of the UNITED States?
The UNITED states is all them, not other countries. Unless they annex Mexico and Canada, that won't happen.

On a lighter note from up thread maybe we can get them to cancel American Idol at the same time. I can't stand karaoke. Sorry, but they'd just merge it with Canadian and Mexican Idol.

The first time one turned up in my change I freaked.
I thought I'd been given toy money.
It's *orange*, fer cryin' out loud.
On the back is a blank oval which looks like the designer zoned out during the drawing phase.
The "point" of it, apparently, is you loook through the oval while holding it up to a light and see the portrait in lopsided miniature.
[a 'security feature', I assume]
Can't wait to see the next new bill.
If it's not pink or yellow I'm gonna be really surprised.

It says what is says, and it looks like DC is planning for a merge with Canada & Mexico. The upside is at least Mexico isn't partnering-up with an enemy of the US this time around, although merging Mexico/Canada/USA sovereignty does bother me a bit, but hey! I'm out of here in 20-30 years so what do I care. Happy Dayz are here again, the sky above is blue again...
