No. And they shouldn't be allowed to receive social security if they have any kind of social security number, false or not.

Should illegal aliens be allowed to receive social security if they have false social security numbers?Illegals shouldn't have real SS numbers. They also shouldn't have driver's licenses, home mortgages, welfare benefits, free or in-state college tuition, or any freebies. The only thing they should have is a one way ticket back from whence they came.

4 or 5 percent regularly show up to vote not sure in these internet polls. Dunno why they bother.

Doesn't seem to matter what any of these polls are showing. Washington politicians are deaf and blind to the issue. They are bound and determined to push through a bill and provisions most American citizens do not want. But that isn't stopping them.
The only hope at this point is that the House will use better sense and stop some of the idiocy --- but don't bet the farm on it.

I don't get how this would be implemented anyway. If the ss# is false how does the money get credited back to the illegal worker? If it is a fake number would not the funds stay in the SS Administration? If it is a stolen number would not the real owner of said number be credited with the illegals "contribution"?

I don't think Kennedy, Reid, Clinton, Schumer, Durbin, et al. consulted the majority of senior citizens in this country before voting to give a felon a benefit on top of a benefit. Seniors know the fragility of the funds as they are and will demand the House remove that provision in conference.
I still remember some seniors going after Rostenkowski (who voted to decrease benefits) with their oversized handbags as he tried to escape in his car . . . a delicious sight! I hope to see the scene repeated with these crooks and idiots who call themselves "distinguished senators" at every opportunity. The only distinguished senators are the Republicans minus the five or six RINOS . . . and that includes the tedious but dangerously egomaniacal McCain.

I'm not sure why they threw in "false social security numbers." That makes it too easy. I want to know what percent want them to receive social security irrespective.

The benevolence of hypocritical government policies in action. Now, if I submit a false document, I can be prosecuted and imprisoned. However, if someone breaks federal law by coming here illegally, and then submits false documents to the government, oh, that's ok. No harm, no foul, no felony, no jail time. But YOU - citizen - don't even THINK of doing anything remotely illegal or the government will land on YOU like a ton of bricks! Some people are immune from felonious behavior, some aren't.
