May her medical team be filled with Your wisdom ... may they be guided by Your hand ... may they be graced with knowledge in her treatment, and may they be granted success in her recovery. Comfort and reassure the family in these hours of waiting, O God, that they would know that You are with them always, even unto the end of the age.

I had meant to mention in my first post that my mom is 89 years young. In her more lucid moments very recently she told my sister that she is ready to go be with my dad to whom she was married for over a half century. If the Lord should decide to take her on home, I will be much saddened but will be assured from all the prayer here that it was His will. Thank you all for caring. I have sent this thread to my brothers and sisters so they too may be lifted by your prayers.
