A joke...
First man: You got any pictures of your wife naked?
Second man: No.
First man: Want to buy one?
Much ado about nothing IMO.
To: Pukin Dog
Damn good answer.
I try. Please, let me know what you decide.

Much ado about nothing IMO. This is a Conservative Forum. The poster disrespected the First Lady, then, even with warning, did not reconsider his post. Laura Bush has never used an unkind word against anyone, and deserves better from those CLAIMING Conservative status. No real Conservative would say, joke or even suggest anything negative about Laura Bush.

Your bottom line is all I need to know.
You don't think it's 'necessary' to think about your behavior. Says it all, phil. Says it all.
The forum is heading for extinction if the participants on it don't grow up, and wake up and realize that it's the left who is the enemy, and not the President or his supporters.
As long you you look down on us more than you do the real enemy, and attack the President rather than the traitors who are trying to destroy America and everything it stands for, you are fighting right at their side.
But you've already given me your bottom line, phil. It's not 'necessary' for you to think, so I know you'll just toss this into your mental wastebasket.
More power to you. I'd rather be known as a thinker than a reactor. That's what conservativism is all about............but it sure isn't what FR is about these days.
It's all about feelings. Moods. Emotions. Anger. Vitriol. Bile.
Fits right in with your not 'necessary' to think way of doing things, now doesn't it? Good luck, phil. Without thinking you don't have much else.....

I think saving social security is another reason Bush is in favor of eventual citizenship for illegals. The Dumbocrats and RINOs wouldn't let him fix the problem outright, so I think this is plan B.

Then why do we need a president if we have
Teddy Kennedy, Reid and Pelosi?

Typical leftist Reuters, calling it 'domestic spying' ... did Pelicanosi or ol' Undertaker Reid write the byline for this spittlist at Reuters?

You will now get 50 posts telling you how he has beaten you in debate.
Are you speaking from experience?

Or was his "capitulation" the price of votes to protect his illegals?

DUers with nothing better to do after cashing their 'unemployment' checks and opening their talking points memos from the DNC.

Yeah. They have beaten me. I am going to fade away and find a site that is interested in keeping democrats out of power.

So true. Civility used to be an unwritten watchword here.
And, it was always a pleasure to be enlightened from time to time by an expert in a given field.
Alas, in very short supply, these days.
Kindest regards.

I don't consider myself to be one. Apparently some folks at FR consider me to be one or are simply unsure due to the diversity of opinions I have on many issues. As is obvious some folks just, plain and simple, hate my guts.
I do consider myself to be contentious, brash, argumentative and yet steadfast in my own beliefs, which I usually come to after careful consideration. I prefer a persuasive argument. I loved "the days of flame" of old and I tend to revert to my old ways though I've been trying hard not to "fall away" in that regard.
And, to be frank, I could care less what somebody thinks of me personally. This isn't supposed to be a popularity contest. This is supposed to be a concerted effort to raise awareness of issues this nation faces and figuring out what should and could be done to remedy things.
Hope that helps some.

Am I supposed to be one of the folks you're talking about? If so, just say it to my face. (as it were)
An FYI beforehand...I'm gainfully employed and have been for years, rarely having filed for unemployment even when I was not working, which happens quite often in the petrochemical industry. I have never been to DU, and I get no talking points from anybody, especially not the DNC.
So where do we go from here?
To: philman_36
My post was to Texasforever, not you. I was referring to the trolling troglodytes like casekirchen. But if you want to smear some of that fecal stuff upon yourself by repeating disgusting comments about our First LADY, well jump right in, phil. You appear itchy for a fight (many of late seem all too ready for same, as a means to discredit our FR home), but I don't engage such obvious silliness. I'm certain you can scrum up an opponent or two.

...repeating disgusting comments about our First LADY...
I don't see that anywhere. If you do show me. The only "repeating" of comments I see is where some folks managed to capture what was written and copied in their replies before the original post was removed.
...I don't engage such obvious silliness.
Nah, not you. No randomly distributed or strewn about digs in your replies.
To: DTogo
And (I'm sad to say) nothing will happen to them.
