Wow . . Tony Snow is good.
It appears to me that Tony is calling on a lot of people, many of whom I have never seen before. Interesting.
Has Stretch made an appearance?
Tony is doing terrific. There are times I think he's talking directly to we FReepers, Snowflakes and others who've supported him through the years.
Get a dish. They're cheaper than cable and reliable.
I remember...woof:)
Indeed, shows they are scraping the bottom of the barrel because Mr Tony Snow has flogged them today.
The NEW long hard slog is the duty of the White House Press corps!
I think tomorrow, Wednesday the 17th is LiveStrong Day for the Lance Armstrong Foundation. I think I got an email on it yesterday from the foundation. You can check it out at Livestrong.com.
Lester ?? from a very small Talk Radio show always made trouble for Ari and Scott...he's a journalist in the way Rush is a journalist. Except Rush is not silly, like Lester.
Boy, the press is trying to make this speech divisive, even though the divisiveness is coming from other quartes. No one can tell me that the Rats aren't using tis issue to try and divide the GOP.
I heard him say this:
Tony: Tar baby comment is traced back to American lore.
Kinsolving writes at WorldNetDaily. Enough said...~!
10, 9, 8, 7, 6......
Thanks onyx, i got it too on CSPAN 1.
Dish Network rules! (If you're in an area where they'll let you add on local network channels, that is.)
I love my DirecTV. I've been with them since 1996. Tony's on CSPAN (channel 350).
Oh, he says "they" are looking at the Heritage Study on immigration!!
That was difficult! Yet he put some humor into it. God bless this guy!! He sure quieted the room down.
I have to say that I had some doubts when his name was first mentioned for this job. Too nice of a guy, I thought. Well------ he IS nice, but he has a firm handle, a quick mind and all the facts! And he's open when he doesn't know, or won't get into something he shouldn't. He's going to be really good!
I'd love to be behind the scenes when he walks off the stage! Kudos time!!
I just tuned in. At this point in previous briefings , McClellan would be in full deer in the headlights, stammering mode. Which the media would gleefully capture and replay on that night's news.
Tony looks like he's doing a GQ shoot - stylishly cool , calm and collected.
Even during his powerful emotional moment , he remained unruffled .
Bravo ! Tony , Bravo !
In the new SNOW era, I will forever refer to these as press floggings.
I am sitting here absolutely awed and thrilled.
