Not a bad thing...

Tony Snow will be a good thing for Bush.
To: Aussie Dasher
Bush is already starting to fool all of the people some of the time. I can't wait till he gets to the part where he can't fool all the people all the time.

35% is nothing to celebrate. The media continues to poll "adults" rather than likely voters or even registered voters.
To: Republican Wildcat
They also fail to ask those "adults" the name of the last person they voted for in a Presidential election.
I'm convinced most of them would say Roosevelt ~

You don't compair two different companies' polling reports and say there is a jump of 6 points. They use different methodologies.

Build one of these and Bush's approval ratings would JUMP 20 POINTS!

I don't think you can compare different polls like this to determine public reaction to the news. The methodology differs from poll to poll, so the real indicator is the trend within each poll - which may tell the same story, of course.

Comparing polls from two different polling companies? Sheesh...Newsmax can really be pathetic sometimes.
To: Aussie Dasher
If he promotes and enforcement first policy on illegal immigration his numbers with likely voters will surge.

Give me a poll with a track record of accuracy, and I might care.
Harris does not qualify. Nor does Newsweek.

For once it seems that many Americans agree with me.
A wild lefty liberal co-worker accosted me at work and declared: "George Bush is listening to your phone calls, what do you think of that?
My immediate thought was: how does he keep himself awake?, as I usually get shopping lists from Mrs. Patriot. Somehow I don't think this is going to make my life worse.

No, not a bad thing.....I voted for him twice thinking I was voting for a conservative president. It now seems that he is actually a globalist/trilateralist puppet that can only play 2nd oboe in the global orchestra to Vincente Fox.
It looks like he will go down in the annals of history as the Republican Party's "Jimmy Carter".....sad, sad, sad.

So what did you say to your co-worker?
