Bush has long described as amnesty any plan that would put illegals on a path to citizenship. That is what the compromise bill does.
Me, too, wishing for resolute and uncompromising conservative leadership. W reconsidered Miers, this is just as serious.
It is sinkspur. Bush is outdoing Slick himself on this issue when it comes to redefining and parsing words and phrases.
He is now supporting a path to citizenship for illegals. Something that for the last two years he told us was the wrong thing to do.
