The subway flasher who harassed a teenage girl in March has been caught with his pants down again - and his second victim, like the first, exposed the perv by snapping a picture of him with her cellphone camera. Police believe that the Hispanic, 30-something man is targeting young Asian women. Both of his victims have reacted quickly and fought back, providing cops with snapshots of the 5-foot-9, 170-pound perv.
"I was shocked and then I got disgusted," the first victim, 15, told The Post in March after she was victimized on the No. 7 train at the 61st Street station in Woodside. "If he did the same thing to another girl, I would feel awful."
The latest victim, a 22-year-old woman, was traveling on the No. 7 train at 9:45 p.m. Friday with her mom and a friend when the sicko struck at the Junction Boulevard station, cops said.
"My mother suggested I take a picture of him," the victim said, adding that as she held up the phone camera, she confronted the perv.
"I said, 'Sir, your penis is out! And I continued to say that louder and louder. I wanted everyone on the train to hear . . . I told him I was sending the picture to cops and the media."
She said she hopes more women will stand up to flashers.
"I'm just so angry because it's happening so often," she said.
Meanwhile, authorities yesterday charged another alleged subway perv, who's accused of groping the same teenager coming out of the same subway stop on two different occasions.
On April 14, at 7:24 p.m., Alex Perez, 23, of The Bronx, was at a pay phone when he spotted a 16-year-old girl coming out of the Co lumbus Circle

These women need to practice popping their purse straps (much like we used to pop towels in the locker room). A little practice and soon they would have the ability to unclip the purse straps from their purse, loop the handle over the release arm to keep the purse secure, and snap a vicious pop on a target perhaps even smaller than the perp's offending organ. They might even be able to snap off another pop at the perp's small berries.

WOW!! amazing; there are places in this country where you can't even mention the ethnicity or race or whatever of the perp...! give this one a bit more time.... you'll be hearing from the Hispanic community about "racial profiling" or some other such drivel... and how did these folks know he was a "Hispanic" man..... could have been a "Latino," no.....?
