What about the CITZEN's rights and expectations that the federal government will protect them from external invasion?

The social contract is breaking down.

Let's face the music. The current administration will not do anything to secure the U.S. border. In fact, they will undermine any effort to do so. And that is on top of the push for amnesty.

And when the democrats take over, they'll........what? If you think things are bad now, wait until you useful idiots dump the closest thing we have to a conservative government! There will be no turning back. You'll have sold out the country even worse than the Republican politicians.

Yes. Keep reading the liberal news. They'll continue to spam you into an outrage, over and over again, and you'll follow along like good little puppies. They'll have you demandinmg the death penalty for every Republican politician in Washington in no time.

Can't you see how the press is feeding you poison? Can't you see how you're sucking it right in?

Bush had a plan for immigration. If you want action, go after the Congress and the Senate, but at least leave them there until better RIGHT WING candidates come along so we can replace them (asap!).

What's Bush got to do with it?
He did call the minutemen, 'vigilantes'.

I thought too, at first, they were right but it could end up with someone getting hurt. The Minutemen did an excellent job, and if you notice, Bush isn't saying anything now. I'm sure, as the national leader, he was afraid of a war starting at the border.
I understand why he did it, and he really should apologize to them. I would.

No he's not.

He's pointing to an issue (an important one) that is being ursurped by political opportunists who are Bush's enemies, that are currently twisting the facts and the administration current position on illegal immigration in order to fracture the President's voter base...it's pretty obvious. It's unfortunate that so many, like, you are willing to pander to this classic tool of deception in modern politics...but keep on keeping on...

Flame away, brainiac.

You'll have sold out the country even worse than the Republican politicians."

Then you agree that Republican politicans HAVE sold out the country?

But because you agree with their position, the rest of us are wrong.

You can continue to support a president who wishes to destroy American sovereignty. Myself, I will not vote for either of the two major parties because there isn't hardly any difference between the two of them.

Well, the Republicans have to respect their voters or they WILL lose them. And don't tell people not to be angery over this, or how bad it will be if they don't support the Republicans. You are sounding like a democrat by trying to scare people into staying on the plantation rather than offering a vision for how we can contain and control the illegal immigration support policy of the current crop of RINOs.

Excellent Post

HA!, not only is he NOT apologizing, he's sold them out and endangering their lives while they do the job he won't.

The rest of you are too willing to believe the press...

Please in detail, describe Bush's position on illegal immigration...highlighting, exactly, where he's and advocate for it...and doing nothing about it.

Thanks.

What the heck does the Mexican government care about their citizens?! Oh yeah, they need them to sneak into the US and send more graft money home.

Yeah. The liberal press is printing things they know will outrage the base - constantly shoving it in their faces. It's working like a charm.
The articles are spun like crazy, but the easily manipulated just keep reading them and gobbling them up.

I, for one, am not buying fully into this story. I am all too aware of how the rats and the media work. And sadly it shows here how they get results.
