LOL, I would not have seen it normally. But it was the lead story on News Max! It gave me a good chuckle. :)

My wife just hates it when I scream at the TV. She hates it even more when I rewind the Tivo, so I can scream some more.

ROFLOL

I question whether the Pres would have sat in the oval office w Goss and said "he led ably", etc. and Goss said something like 'thank you for the trust you placed in me' if he had actually had been fired. I don't recall an oval office event like that happening when Paul O'Neill (former Sect'y of Treas) was asked to step down

I dont know. He gave the previous occupant of the CIA leadership, Tenant, the highest medal awarded to civilians in this country and that was after 911 and the faulty intelligence on WMD.

I keep telling everyone the Prescription plan is great... I go to the pharmacy for a lot of people as well as my daughter frequently... I've seen the huge difference.

I remember President Bush engaging her at his first inaugural, he probably felt sorry for her. I do to, poor kid, it's a wonder she's not a mess.

When O'Neill departed all that was issued was a statement I think Seattle is probably right in her analysis.

DAn BALTZ of the Wahington Post is explaining to us why Bush's numbers are low. How do these people say these things with a straight face. Of course for him, the reason is the war and the economy. That tells me that is anything BUT the war and the economy

If you ever bothered to review any of the public opinion polls that are published weekly you would know that the war and the economy are at the top of the list. Guess to you all of the polls are all fiction including Fox's polls. Apparently you know more about what the American people believe than they do themselves. Who made you God?

Could this behavior not be a variation on the corporate way of getting rid of people? They promote them into a job where they can't do anymore damage. President Bush flatters them to a point where they then will look really classless and ungrateful if then they go out and talk bad about the President. Just a thought.

I am way behind reading this thread today, but some of this stuff is so good I have to linger to savor all of it. I think that you are spot on about how Nancy Pelosi had that "Deer in the Headlights"look today. Pelosi stuttered and was hesitant trying to keep with her Mantra about Republican Corruption and Bush incompetence while she had this distinct looking over her shoulder appearance. She looked to me like real paranoia trying to keep herself together, all the while she was waiting for another shoe to drop with the Democrat scandals(keeping fingers and everything on her body crossed)while still trying (not very effectively) to insinuate that all the scandals and corruption are Pubbies. She looks like she has had lots more really extensive facial work from the last time I saw her on anything where she had lots of face time. I got the impression that Russert asked her questions that she could not remember rehearsing the responses/talking points to. Russert had that sitting on hemorrhoid's expression. I opted out pretty early, was not about to lose my breakfast.

"My wife just hates it when I scream at the TV. She hates it even more when I rewind the Tivo, so I can scream some more. "

That is how I acquired my screen name.
However, I'm really impressed by your innovation. The recording the offending incident, to replay and further instruct the offenders is brilliant!

I think they are cute also, and it is as American and Conservative as Apple Pie to help each other out, especially those that have gone through Health Problems and are still positive and upbeat, but really could use assistance.
