Hang on, baby! Mama's going for a stroll in the Bronx Zoo's Congo Gorilla Forest.
The Grumman is the one I had in mind - the retractible landing gear was one of my major triumphs as a model builder. Thank you. I await your next Friday Flyby eagerly.
I wondered too....but as the caption says something about fox, my guess is a baby fox. I've never seen one before, but it sure is cute.

A woodpecker who wishes he were a swallow: An early bird catches the worm -- and all the worm's friends -- in Bakersfield's Henry A. Jastro Park
Hmmm....I expect so. LOL!! Most all animal babies are cute, but then they grow up.

How could you? Luigi the steer watches his young owner, Kai Ledgerwood, bite into a burger at the Spokane Fair's Junior Livestock Show in Spokane, Wash.
This one really makes me laugh.
Wow! Lucky you ... you probably saw many planes which have since become extinct ... but what a great photo collection you have -- and thanks for sharing it with us!
LOL! Well, how is wherever you are?. We have had a mostly sunny and bright day, now a bit overcast, but sundown is not til 10:20p and it is 6:30p now. They keep saying rain, but alas not yet. We need it to settle all the spring dust.
Yeah right....
I've often wondered if woopeckers get a headache from working to hard?...I do!
