CIA Director Goss Resigns after Non-Stop INTERNAL CIA ATTACKS by Democrat Plants

Goss Resignation is a frightening sign

Porter Goss was brought into the CIA to try to reform the organization. Mr. Goss was expected to bring about badly needed changes in the U.S. spy organization that is increasingly at the center of so many controversies. However, Goss never had a chance.

Rarely reported by the very biased media, much of the CIA and the U.S. Justice Department was "cleared out" during the Clinton Administration. Many of the key legal organizations responsible for America's security and stability were then staffed by Hillary Clinton handpicked staffers. Some of them hired from the outside, some promoted from within. (Hillary and her Secret War - How the Clintons have forever corrupted the Whitehouse)

The Whitehouse announcement of Mr. Goss's resignation, a man known as a reformer, is more of an indication of the inside resistance to making the CIA actually accountable to America.

In the last 2 years, the only information leaked to the media is consistently anti-Bush, and anti-Republican. The biased media, the Democratic Party, and the CIA almost appear to be coordinating their own special, covert operation to attack Bush, the Republican Party, and America. The CIA is so clearly an extension of the Democratic Party, and is so fully engaged in overt acts of Treason that it is time for a Justice Department investigation and some LONG prison sentences.

Over the past several months, as much of official Washington looked on wide-eyed and agog, many in the CIA bureaucracy have waged an unabashed effort to undermine the current administration.

At the height of the campaign, CIA officials, who are supposed to serve the president and stay out of politics and policy, served up leak after leak to discredit the president's Iraq policy. There were leaks of prewar intelligence estimates, leaks of interagency memos. In mid-September, somebody leaked a CIA report predicting a gloomy or apocalyptic future for the region.

White House officials concluded that they could no longer share important arguments and information with intelligence officials. They had to parse every syllable in internal e-mail. One White House official says it felt as if the CIA had turned over its internal wastebaskets and fed every shred of paper to the press.

The White House-CIA relationship became dysfunctional, and while the blame was certainly not all on one side, Langley was engaged in slow-motion, brazen insubordination, which violated all standards of honorable public service. It was also incredibly stupid, since CIA officials were betting their agency on a Kerry victory.

At the height of the campaign, the CIA permitted an analyst - who, we now know, is Michael Scheuer - to publish anonymously a book called "Imperial Hubris," which attacked Bush policy. Here was an official on the president's payroll publicly campaigning against his boss. As Scheuer told The Washington Post this week, "As long as the book was being used to bash the president, they - the CIA honchos - gave me carte blanche to talk to the media." (Bush must clamp down on CIA officials who subvert his policies)

Sadly however, there will never be a Justice Department investigation into the Democrat / Clinton Corruption of the Central Intelligence Agency. The Justice Department is filled with Clinton chosen Lawyers as well. So we have Treason in the media, Treason in the CIA, and Treason in the Democratic Party.

Is it any wonder that Porter Goss is resigning? My only surprise is that he lasted as long as he did.

Thank you Porter for your service to this country, and I am sincerely saddened that those such as you, who wish to protect this country, are routinely run out by politicos who have now infested every level and layer of our country. It is a sad day indeed.

The Whitehouse announcement of Mr. Goss's resignation, a man known as a reformer, is more of an indication of the inside resistance to making the CIA actually accountable to America.

That underscores the really troublesome aspect of this report:

The White House did not have to accept the resignation...
Unless the inmates are running the asylum... or worse.

Another view, possible that he is resigning to run for Senate seat in Florida, due to weakness shown by Harris?

Possible?

Where can we find good men like Peter Goss who can do these horrendous jobs? President Bush has indeed lost one of his best men who was just getting started in a long over due clean up and out of the CIA. Will we ever be free of the Clinton shadow government and the ensuing filth, treason, and Marxism it has produced.

Dear Mr. Goss, how I hate to see you go………………

The root of the problem is the many Clinton appointees in key positions all over the Administration!

Bush just has to clean house! I mean REALLY clean the whole house to have any chance of smoother and more successful remaining term.

The sad thing is that Clinton and his people are much shrewder and yes, smarter political animals than W and his team. The Bush team is good at winning elections. Political infighting- not so much.

Oh, no question. What passed for ho-hum with x42 would be front page news for W. For that matter, look at how the MSM rip into the twins, but couldn't find any room on the page to talk about Gore's son getting busted for smoking dope, and another time for driving over 100 mph.

The problem with the stupid party is that haven't figured out that they're going to get hammered no matter what they do, so they may as well do the right thing. They remind me of most of the Europeans bending over for the muzzies lest they be attacked when we all know the muzzies are going to attack anyway.

Yep. Trying not to jump to conclusions but it's difficult not to. Like I said on the other thread; something smells bad. Real bad.

"...I doubt it's something as simple as his not getting along with Negroponte."

An interesting point as Negroponte had 'planted' his feet as it were..........

I clicked on your name.

You have some good points--too bad they have been totally ignored by the Pubbies.

I have taken to calling them Pubbies because they remind me of little puppies--being led by the nose by the media and the lobbyists in the Beltway.

My step one for a White House that wants to be taken seriously--escort that treasonous ugly b*tch Helen Thomas off the White House grounds and arrest her if she attempts to approach them again.

Then the WH will have shown they have the courage to stand up for themselves--and they can begin working on more substantive matters.

Bush has had SIX YEARS to clean house.

Anyone even remotely aware of what was going on in the Clinton administration knows that it was like a cancer in our government. This cancer is a result of a political ideology that exists to weaken the foundations of the United States, and to not root it out and destroy it has been the ticking time bomb of this presiduncy (misspelling intentional).

All the pigeons are coming home to roost. All of Bush's adversaries in the House, in the Senate, and throughout the government know he is weak not only politically but personally. He is not a leader but a politician, and not unlike the gangsters on the democrat side of the aisle.

I have no respect left for Bush and the republicants, only pity for what this party has become... and fear for what will happen to this great country when then the democrats retake all three branches.

"There has been speculation that Mr Goss was not happy with the reduced access to the president he was afforded after the appointment of John Negroponte to oversee the work of all the intelligence agencies, our correspondent adds"

Negroponte SAT on the Saddam docs that jveritas has been translating for 2 YEARS. He released all kinds of statements about how they were useless, and maybe just a bit historically interesting, but worthless for anything else.

Then he was backed into a corner, told TO HIS FACE for the 4th time by Bush to release the documents, he did a 180, started saying he couldn't because of the intel they were being used to gain.

Still pushed, he FINALLY started releasing some at a time.

Now Goss leaves because Negroponte is keeping him from talking to Bush.

So the guy that was hiding the Saddam docs was ALSO keeping the guy that Bush appointed to clear out the riff-raff, from reporting in.

Yeah... someone REAAALY need to look into that guy.

I find that whole angle disturbing as well. While surfing earlier I heard Norah O'Donnell report that Goss was asked to leave by Negroponte.

If that is true- who's really in charge?

"I disagree. The stupid party isn't called that for no reason. They always leave the RATS in place when they take over something, whether it's an executive agency like the CIA or the Defense Dept, or a congressional committee."

The CIA has been staffed with Northeast Elitist Liberals from day one. Except back then, it was a game to play against the Soviets. Todays CIA is a bunch of 60k a year analysts that cannot make a move without their bosses polits coming into play.

Move what is important to the DIA and NSA and close the CIA down.
