Fellow FReepers, your prayers are urgently needed for MamaB and her husband and family. I received the following email from her this morning:
We got more bad news yesterday at the Kirklin Clinic. There is no treatment available right now unless the dr. down there can find a clinical study at a cancer research center like in San Antonio. He has 6-9 months to live without any treatment. We are all heartbroken and disgusted with the oncologist here who shoul have found this months if not years ago. Could you tell the people on the Dose tonight? Thanks.
I have already notified the "Day in the life..." (Dose) thread custodians, and thought this prayer request might bring the family some measure of comfort.

Please tell MammaB to not except this. Find another Doctor. My Dad was diagnosed with this same scenario a few months ago. He is not operable but with chemo, he could become operable. We have stopped the growth of the many tumors in his liver and tests show that we have put a serious hurtin' on the cancer. Please don't lose hope. I will include your family in my prayers. Beth
