This is my first vanity post, so be nice!
I just heard on FoxNews that the meat packing company "Tyson" will be closing Monday to allow their employees so march in the protest on May 1st, whihc is this coming Monday. Are they an American company? They seem to forget they it's "Americans that purchase their product and keep them in business.... I also left them an email on thier website stating my feelings on them supporting this protest march...
Okay, I feel better now..... Thank you! Pleasse also go to the Tyson website and leave them an email as to how you feel....
Please, trust me, I live in Arkanasas.

Reward legal immigrants!
I understand your sentiments..... but how'ya gonna know who is legal and who is illegal. ..... Someone may get insulted if you ask or assume.... Peace.
That's an excellent idea. That would definitely make any business think twice before hiring an illegal entrant.
Is it a paid holiday for them?
They employ more illegals than any other company in the country
That's a shame that my family is going to have to give up their chicken nuggets, strips...etc. They taste pretty good. But I will no longer purchase them because of this.
there are no victims.
I am reminded of a quote from The Patriot with Mel Gibson:
Charlotte: You have done nothing for which you should be ashamed.
Benjamin Martin: I have done nothing. And for that I am ashamed.
And this great quote from Mark Twain:
"In the beginning of a change the patriot is a scarce man and brave, and hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, the timid join him for then it costs nothing to be a patriot."
I have to believe that we will survive. I have to hold on to the hope that we, America, will not let our country die.

"Then they should have a plan for disciplining their employees who breach company policy"
and So, why can't they call a US Employment agency to fill in for the ABSENT Mexicans called SCABS when it's union and I thought Mexicans had their own Union Seria orsomething like that.
Did you read Cong. Steve King's Letter in the Des Moines Register? I read it today!! It was BRUTAL!! Go online to the register and find the story about the businesses closed on Monday and if you look around, you should be able to find it and read it. It takes a little searching for it, but it is WELL worth it!
Howie Carr - conservative talk radio host in Boston - this afternoon advocated boycotting Tyson Foods as well.
Please FReepmail me if you want on or off my miscellaneous ping list.
It would be nice if some of these businesses that use illegals were confiscated by the govt. and auctioned of to law abiding American citizens who care more about the country than the bottom line. with the economy being so good, I'm sure buyers wouldn't be hard to find.
Without a doubt. Bring jobs back to our own American people. Might get some of our poor people off of welfare, too. Those that WANT off, that is. :)
I've been boycotting Tyson for 10 years.....
Tyson is not available at my super market.
ANY business that closes on Monday for this Commie March of the INVADERS should have the INS on their doorstep Tuesday morning.
I spent the '80's in Arkansas and had numerous "legal" friends who happened to speak Spanish (foreign students, etc...). They told me then that Tyson was hiring illegals and that the poultry plants in NW Ark. were full of them.
"Victims"???? Well who hired these illegals and their supporters???? I don't call them victims.
"Then they should have a plan for disciplining their employees who breach company policy and should tell us about that plan. Otherwise, my plan is to not purchase any more of their products"
Exactly. Besides, Tyson has been in trouble before over hiring illegals.
The only way this Clinton-supporting commie company could be a "victim" of the protests is if they have an abuncance of illegals on their payroll.
