Isn't that rather redundant? It is, especially so in New Orleans.

THere is a lot of anger in the black community towards Nagin.
Much of it well deserved, it seems.

According to wwl out of New Orleans all 20,000 early votes cast will be released at 8:30 pm. They started counting at 1:30 this afternoon in one location.

I wonder how many votes Manny Chevrolet Bruno will get lol.
To: Torie
who would you have voted for from watching the debate?

They should have converted the unused buses into polling booths.

So, it's a 21-way tie for first place.

The key is to get someone in there besides the landreui rat family or nagin.
Too bad it seems like the sane vote will be split between couhig and forman.
Couhig could never win a runoff against landreiu. Couhig's voters would normally be forman's voters.
Forman is a dem but he is a sane dem and that is the best you are going to get in new orleans.
Forman is not going to go on TV screaming and begging for welfare from the fed govt. He isn't going to use race to divide people or bash bush.
The people in New Orleans that supported Bush are supporting forman.
To: crasher
Couhig going away. Forman was OK, but a bit mushy. Landrieu avoided saying anything.

I agree if Couhig had not done such a good job in the debate I would be putting Forman in second for sure. I sent money to Forman this week, I hate to not send it to Couhig but its a strategic thing I guess on my part

If Nagin or Landrieu are in the runoff it will no different than Marion Barry getting elected in D.C.
A self destructive, there's no hope anyway, statement.
