"Woof" is used in broadcasting to say "stop," "that's enough" or to mark a specific point in time -- which is what is done in this case. "Tony's show starts in 3 minutes: WOOF!" Means in 3 minutes from-- NOW!
Don't forget how my state, CA, needs special "friendly" oil/gas. That drives up the cost of refining because it be the same method for the entire U. S.

That is a good point, being a Colon Cancer survivor myself, I think it is too early in his recovery for the crappola that will come his way from the likes of Helen Ugh! I think he will turn it down and it will go to Dan Senor, he is very good, and just married a Lib Reporter from Wash Dc so they are used to not having that much time together. Oopsy have to head out to East Coast.

Fantastic...is he totally in the clear or are there still charges remaining in TX? 'Cause if he is cleared and doesn't have any Abramoff stuff (I REALLY don't think he does, maybe his staff, but not Delay), he could work in the WH!
