I read on another thread that one of the fellows arrested was charged with assault in Washington, DC last fall and had to do community service. Also, the link in post #10 is to a story about how some of the Duke players have several code of conduct violations that the school has been concerned about for some time. Take a look at post #10 for the story. And there was also a report of a positive test result for a date rape drug. But how dare you or I actually question the foregone conclusions of the knee-jerk Freeper crowd, who have already declared these 'boys' innocent. Because a skank dancer always lies, but trash frat boys with a dirty history would never lie in this case.
I don't think anyone can be certain yet what happened. Not that it will stop the keyboard lynch mob...

And there was also a report of a positive test result for a date rape drug. Where is that report?

Well put.
Also, women who are raped or assaulted normally have a delayed reaction to trauma. So it wouldn't be unusual for her to not blurt out something right away.
I also heard that DNA of two of the players was found on a towel in the bathroom.

Your moniker is an excellent description of how much you know {or have thought} about this case.

The story linked in Post #10 doesn't say anything about either suspect having gotten into trouble before.
