Well put.
Also, women who are raped or assaulted normally have a delayed reaction to trauma. So it wouldn't be unusual for her to not blurt out something right away.
I also heard that DNA of two of the players was found on a towel in the bathroom.
Then why did the news reports say there was no DNA match to any of the players?
Think we could find your DNA on a towel in a bathroom you have used? DNA evidence only gives you a source...not a why or how.
"I also heard that DNA of two of the players was found on a towel in the bathroom."
It would be more surprising if no DNA was found on a towel in the bathroom. Your DNA is on your towels, as mine is on mine.
The bathroom of the house they live in?
The DNA found on the towel in the bathroom was that of two of three players who lived in the house (I wonder how that got there - duh!) and they aren't the ones charged (I deduce that because the three who lived at the house were the team captains and the captains haven't been charged).
So much for that!
You can walk into my bathroom and find my DNA on my towel. DNA can be extracted many different ways. Thanks to Bill Clinton, most people naturally think DNA is semen on clothing.
Oh my God, they must have washed their hands and dried them on the towel after taking a leak! How horrible!
Innocent until proven guilty.
No. It was one. And it wasn't either of these two guys.
"Normally"? Wrong. That is not a normal response.
However, some women might or do respond that way.
However, there are other women who have consensual sex and then decide to call it rape.
And the "deep pocket" rape accusers.
It's time to get rid of the anonymity "rule" for women making accusations. If they can jolly well: fight in the frontlines, run Fortune500 companies, they can certainly stand on their own two feet when they make charges against another person.
