"Woof" is used in broadcasting to say "stop," "that's enough" or to mark a specific point in time -- which is what is done in this case. "Tony's show starts in 3 minutes: WOOF!" Means in 3 minutes from-- NOW!
There was an interesting clip on the local NC news of illegals filing income taxes. [Believe it or not.] Their reason was to help bolster their argument to become citizens at a later date. I don't endorse amnesty, but I like the way these folks were thinking.

We would have to assume the dems have a clue and would even realize they were being hit with Weapons of Mass Instruction. You know what would be fun? If Preident Bush appointed the bloviating dirigible to a position that requires confirmation and the republicans grilled him endlessly on his past (i.e., chappaquidick, waitress sandwiches, Palm Beach rapes.) It will never happen but we can dream can't we?
