Will somebody please drop this guy Ahmadinejad?
This all sounds a bit familiar doesn't it?

What was it Saddam was saying back in Gulf War I ... it was to be the mother of all wars? That war was over in less than 100 hours ... in Gulf War II the coalition forces overran most of Iraq in less than 3 weeks. Iran thinks it would fare any better?
The leadership of a country is always the responsibility of the people and the people's acts of commission or omission.
Spoken like a true Democrat.
Interesting game of Chicken they are playing.
Yes, but it is sure driving up the price of oil and making them a ton of money. The price of oil has gone up 25% in the last few weeks and their cost of production has gone up zero. |
Close. Spokesperson for the Democratic National Committee.
Exactly. How can the Dims not be ashamed when a sworn enemy of the US is quoting them approvingly? Simply amazing.
At least we know the General reads the New York Times and the Washington Post!
just lob one into their executive bathroom
Lets be honest. Iranian and Syrian jihadist with the support of their governments have been killing our troops left and right. They have also been killing Iraqi Air Force pilots who were involved with the war in the 1980's. Iran has as much control of Iraq as we do.
If we attack Iran it will be an extremely bloody war on both sides. The people of the United States are not prepared for such a war and our media is ready to support the enemy a 100 fold and they will make it look as if Iran is G-D himself and has destroyed our forces.
Israel has already promised that they will not sneak attack Iran (read it in today's New York Post). Europe WANTS Iran to get the bomb and for them to use it on Israel. Europe (and I bet many in the US) believes that getting rid of Israel will solve many of the world's problems. After Iran nukes Israel, then, NATO will attack Iran, so they can secure themselves. Killing to birds...
Iran is going to get the bomb...only then will "we" attack.
Wonderful trip down memory lane:) Thanks for the chuckles.
It does point something out that we can't underestimate about this enemy. They are STILL out of touch with reality- it is the only way they cling to their defiant rants like the ones Iran is currently broadcasting. The problem with these people- they BELIEVE their lies.
For that to occur we'd have to manage the regime change
competently. I have yet to see evidence that we can do it.
A fourth option is that he's been listing to Biden and the rest of the Dimms and is confident that they will stop Bush from taking action.
What the process requires in more separation of the isotope Uranium 235 from the natural Uranium 238. Typically, when the material has 20% Uranium 235 it is "enriched" enough for a power plant. When you have separated out enough Uranium 235 to have 90% Uranium 235, you have weapons grade material. The process takes huge amounts of energy to run centrifuges at near speed of sound rotation rates.
In reading this, I was struck with the thought that Iran's nuclear weapons capabilities are not altogether new, and not in Iran ... they think they've gained control over the long-rumored cache hidden in the Bekaa, bordering Syria and Lebanon. All this IAEA seal business within Iran was mere theater, backfilling the story line as far as just how Iran came to acquire the capability. This protects "someone," and Russia springs to mind.
