This is the first I have heard re: Bill Cosby's latest attempt to penetrate intransigents.
Congress hasn't the testicular fortitude to censure her.
I just wonder if the tables were turned and what would have happened if a white Republican Congressman would have hit a black female Capitol Police officer?
