Excellent!! I look forward to viewing it one day.
OK...I have a request...Do you have this song?
Artist: Trey Parker Lyrics Song: I'm So Ronery Lyrics
I'm So Ronery
I'm so ronery
So ronery
So ronery and sadry arone
There's no one
Just me onry
Sitting on my rittle throne
I work very hard and make up great prans
But nobody ristens, no one understands
Seems that no one takes me serirousry
And so I'm ronery
A little ronery
Poor rittre me
There's nobody
I can rerate to
Feer rike a bird in a cage
It's kinda sihry
But not rearry
Because it's fihring my body with rage
I work rearry hard and I'm physicarry fit
But nobody here seems to rearize that
When I rure the world maybe they'rr notice me
But untir then I'rr just be ronery
Rittre ronery, poor rittre me
I'm so ronery
I'm so ronery
When is David coming? Oh I bet you will all have the greatest time! Ok....my artichokes are almost done so I gotta go make some dip-it for them but I'll be back in a bit.
Did you like Narnia? Actually, tell us how you rated it after you watch it.
Great to see you redhead!! Thanks for the input!
I have to watch lots of films because I teach film theory etc.
Most of what I see is junk, but of the recent stuff the last one I watched completely was "Capote". I give it a 5 out of 10. Then I saw "Crash"...it crashed. I almost finished watching "Memoirs of a Geisha"..but it was too insipid to watch to the end. The book is better, as is the case with lots of movies.
I am now in the process of watching "The Onion Field"...the book was wonderful, but the film so far is dullish...although James Woods as the devious crook is shining.
Speaking of shining, when movies of the 10-15 years or so can't get any worse I just get out my Hitchcock/Ford/Kazan/Fellini/Welles/Wilder/Wyler/Kubrick library and watch those films again.
LOL! If it's from the soundtrack, then we probably do.
Hehe!
Awwwwwww...and the chick is cute, too. : )
I'm still looking for *Deserthawk* on DVD. *Sigh* One day...one day...
Thank you for the input! Nice to see you in the Canteen!
"Of Human Hearts"
Starring Jimmy Stewart and Walter Huston.
Made in 1938.
Great flick!
They did a motion picture with a Civil War theme before Gone With The Wind, in a time that Hollywood thought Civil War themes were box office poison. Hollywood has a different view on "pushing the envelope" these days.
Not easy to choose.
Easy "100" there.
They'll be here next Monday! WOOHOO!
Enjoy the artichokes and dip. Sounds really good. Beats my cream cheese on rye sammich that I had for dinner. I'm still hungry! ***tummy growling***
Very interesting Entertaiment Weekly article on the making and history of "Manos, the Hands of Fate" (literally, "Hands, the Hands of Fate"), possibly the worst movie ever made: http://www.ew.com/ew/report/0,6115,1068572_1|108958||0_0_,00.html
"Deep Blue", a documentary about the oceans, very nice undersea photography.
It was one of the funniest movies I have seen in so long! What a family! Worth breaking your boycott!
Hi LUV! I thought I saw you!! Hope you are having a great night!
The last DVD I watched was Jumanji. I saw that last Saturday.
I still like that movie. I have it somewhere, but now that you mentioned it..I shall have to find it again!
Thank you so much for your input. Great to have you in the Canteen!!
