PETITION TO THE SENATE AND HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE UNITED STATES

We, the undersigned, citizens of the United States of America, petition you, the members of the Senate and House of Representatives, to state that we, under no circumstances, want you to pass any law containing any provisions whatsoever for guest worker/amnesty for the millions of lawbreaking illegal aliens in our midst.

On the contrary, we ask you to pass a law that a) erects an impenetrable barrier along the entire southern border of the United States, from Brownsville, Texas to Imperial Beach, California and b) makes it a felony to knowingly hire an illegal alien to do any kind of work and c) makes the penalty for conviction of the aforesaid felony a mandatory sentence of at least one year imprisonment.

We don't have to deport anyone. Dry up the jobs and they will deport themselves. Then the line to get in legally will go faster and the illegals can be replaced with legals.

Thank you that is also part of my idea - although charge them with a misdemeanor (I think felony is too harsh but maybe I'm wrong), then have a TWO STRIKES rule where anything, excluding jaywalking, is a ticket back south. The whole felony thing bothers me, if I were a poor migrant I'd run to the U.S. to try to make a better living, and wouldn't want a felony conviction over my head. We could make some felony provisions apply: no voting, no gun ownership, no rights to welfare services, etc.

Today you march, tomorrow you vote?
While you demand I learn Spanish
Or you’ll yell racist and lunge for my throat

You demand rights and citizenship from me
While waving the large flag
Of the country your risked your life to flee

You say want what is your right
While I pay for your children’s schooling and births
And we watch as MS-13 and our police fight

You shout that you came and that you should stay
While my money pays for your food stamps
And you and your friends take my friends’ jobs away

My taxes rise to pay for your children born here
Their schooling, their births, every trip to the emergency room
And left to run wild gangs add to our fear

I say I can’t pay for everything you demand and you say I had “the race”
While the poor kid from Oklahoma can’t afford college
When the kid from Mexico gets into college and funding in his place

Break our laws with your hand out for more
For welfare, for anchor babies, and demanding of jobs
When ever more jobs leave our own shore

How can we be equal when we import poverty and destroy law and order?
How can we afford the burden that they and their children bring?
And ask those who are raped and murdered because we have an open border.

For the black guy who loses his job and the Canadian who waited his turn
And the Chinese told to learn Spanish and the Indians who earned their visas
If we give Mexican illegals amnesty, what is the lesson THEY learn?

He's getting lots of signatures. I signed, saw my name listed, and I sent the website to friends. Then I checked again, the page was gone and another filled. A friends' name come up, and now that page is filled! I hope he gets enough to send Congress a message that we're tired of having our rights trampled while granting unearned rights to illegal aliens.

"I know the amnesty crowd disagrees, but we MUST enact step one immediately or we are just treading water. And we simply cannot deport the 25 million (My estimate) illegals in our country right now. We need them to register, be able to work, agree to obey our laws."

Hope you plan to pay the bill yourself. By most estimates, this would triple the already crippling social costs.

Since most people have to work for a living it's dificult to organize the hundreds of thousands to counter the illegal protests.

If he could get a few million signatures on the petition it would show what the people really think, not as effective as thousands marching in the streets but better than nothing.

"what are we going to do jail 20 millionpeople?"

Just ID them, put the felony on the record, and boot them out of the country. That makes them ineledgable for future entry.

That alone would make a lot of them leave.

"We simply cannot deport the 25 million (my estimate) illegals in our country right now."

That statement and those like it are just an excuse.

Why is it that we are not making an effort to deport at least some of them as a deterrence? Why is it that thousands who marched were not only not deported but had police block off streets and redirect traffic for them?

It isn't that the government cannot; it's that Congress has neither the will nor any vested interest in deporting them, period.

Signed, those are the best two ways to start, plug the dike before you start bailing and go after employers (enablers). Without these two things to start it all, none of the rest of it will work.
