Please mark your calendars to be in Washington, D.C. on Sunday, April 23, 2006 for a rally calling on the federal government to secure our borders, enforce our immigration laws and to not give amnesty to illegal aliens.
A formal announcement will be coming soon after a few details are worked out. Time is short, so I wanted to give everyone a heads up that something is in the works.
Please note, this will not be a rally for those who hate immigrants. This will be a rally for those who love America and want to preserve it for all Americans and legal immigrants.

If making your voice heard over these guys is just too beneath you, then just say it. Look, I really don't want to say anything to discourage those who want to be involved in this.
Maybe the unusual spectacle of conservatives in the streets will let the powers-that-be know the depth of feeling on the issue.
It is a fact that demonstrations have been largely the tool of the radical left, not responsible, conservative Americans.
All I'm saying is, there are reasons why this is so ... and not all those reasons have to do with laziness, cowardice, or hypocrisy.

Is there any help for airline tickets, etc. for Gold Star families that want to attend this event? We have attended over 15 events and dedications for Derek over the past 10 months with no financial help. Is anyone helping the Gold Star families attend?
