Just to clarify, this is a thread discussing both what is happening LIVE across the country as Illegal Immigrants protest their Illegality, and what to do about it. Let's discuss VIABLE options as to what to do about this issue. I have a sneaking suspicion that this "Protest" of American LAW is going to be pretty big. I predict that there is going to be a LOT of pandering to these 11 million or so criminals by our Politicians. I sincerely hope not. To any and all Politicos of all parties, WE the PEOPLE are watching you, and LISTENING to what you are going to say today. 289 million of us LEGAL citizens will see with pristine clarity just WHO in the Political arena is looking out for US, the people who VOTED you into Office in the first place. The biggest question on my mind and perhaps one or two others is: Are you going to protect and serve as you promised and swore to up-hold the Constitution or not? Are you going to up-hold out law or are you going to support the Illegal’s? 298 million to 11 million. You do the math. Let’s roll.

Where are your stats that legal Hispanics don't turn out at election time? I have family with the last name of Herrera (legal of course) that are members of a union. I may not agree with them, but they are family. I love them. I would fight for them to express their views. Illegals have NO RIGHT to anything other than a quick trip back to their home county.
According to Rush Limbaugh, hispanics are about 6% of the voting population. I don't know where he got the number.
Gad, I sure hope they didn't die in vain. I also hope, that all of our great military, that died in all of America's wars, didn't die in vain either.
I'm sure, there's a lot of them rolling around in their graves with disgust. They fought to preserve America, not surrender it

It's working based on the reactions on these threads. It's not just that Republican Congressmen appear to be handing Congress over the dems, it appears that many FReeper conservatives are willing to hand it to them as well to spite the Republican Congressmen. Incredible.
We need a current version of Newt to rally the troops and draft a battle plan. This is ridiculous.

In your pic of the yellow and black "Amnistia" signs, the word "ANSWER" is carefully obscured by cropping and blurred focus (I'm blaming the AP, not you, of course). But as you may have seen from the pic I posted up thread, rest assured that those signs have "ANSWER" printed in prominent letters in the bottom left-hand corner.
They can try and hide or fog-over the signs in every which way possible but they're out there in quite few shots and at quite a few locations, it appears. ;-)
