Mr. President, I thank Senator Leahy, ranking member on the Judiciary Committee. I have received just this afternoon in my office some disturbing news in the form of correspondence from the Congressional Budget Office. It suggests a number of areas where the amendment we are talking about here today, No. 3424, the immigration so-called compromise, violates our budget and the rules of the Senate. Let me read from the correspondence we have received. This is something, as you know, Mr. President, as a member of the Judiciary Committee, that we never discussed at all. It is not a matter we spent any time at all discussing as we moved forward with legislation which ultimately cleared that committee and came to the floor legislation which I thought was not good legislation and which I opposed, and so did the Senator from Texas, who just relinquished the Chair. We didn't discuss the financial impact of the legislation before us. Stand Up For America ! |

Ay, ay, ay... that's all the Spanish I'm going to learn.
The whole 9th Circuit, district and appellate courts are heavily laden with Lydon Johnson, Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton appointees. The ACLU and activists don't have to shop very hard to get a favorable ruling for their cause.
Meanwhile, the populous, statutes, and Constitution have been slowly shredded by them. The 9th Circuit is the most overturned by SCOTUS, than any other Appellate in the land. The sad part, their proud of it!
Nitey nite, SA...
I'm watching MAD TV.. to keep my sanity!
Call the White House "opinion line". People who are opposed to the current state of illegal immigration are trying to get like-minded people mobilized to call this number and let the White House know that they will be voting the people responsible out of office. Apparently the White House actually pays attention to this phone line, and figures that the people who will actually go through the effort to write down the number and call will also go through the effort of getting out and voting. The number is 202-456-1111.
White House Opinion Line is only open 9-5 Monday-Friday. I just tried.
Hey! I thought you said you weren't gonna do this stuff anymore...!?
I would pose a question to the President: What does he think of the "family values" of young Mexican men who marry Mexican girls, get them pregnant... then leave them behind while they come to the U.S.? There are now millions of single-parent "families" in Mexico!! Kids who don't know their Dads!
Oh, and another one, if they are all such decent people and so eager to work, why are they walking off the job and hurting their employers?
The foreign invaders invaded the body of the U.S. and we are allergic, what's the cure? Oh yeh the foreign body needs to be deported!:)
Anyone see the movie "Dick and Jane"?
I laughed my head off, one scene an American gets deported and than tries to sneak back in. Too funny.
Well I can attest to the fact the illegal alien kids and anchorbrats have a lot of public schools here in Texas totally overcrowded.
The illegal kids have an attitude from hell against American kids.
It appears the problem is that our govt has not enforced any immigration laws at all, if they did it was half-hearted. And now after all those decades of neglect our generation is suffering.
I did!! Snicker Plus, been stuck at home more lately. I like talking to people out in the grassroots world more. I think it makes bigger impact.
It gets me so PO'd calling them being they don't seem to listen and the point they really arent even talking back anymore when you're on the phone with them . But sheesh... just gotta do something. AND... I like getting to call the President's opinion line. DIdn't know about this phone number.
However, if I get their attention, I want to ask the President:
Excuse me, but you REPRESENT ME & ALL THE WE THE CITIZENS out here. Key here is represent us! Hired by us. He is under oath to protect us, not them. All kinds of laws are being broken by them, not us. I need clear answers as to why he isn't doing more on this issue. I need to understand this stupid "pathway to citizenship"... because I don't like it or any other "amnesty" deal. I want to know why he gives them a Get out of Jail Free Card. I want one... so I can NOT PAY TAXES on this kind of stuff I don't agree with.
AND... I am sick of illegals jumping off of railroad cars near my home in the country. They come up to our property and door begging for work. Most of the time I am home by myself, with acreage seperating me from nearest neighbors. 1. Nothing better happen to me. 2. I have a no tresspassing sign on my property. Does he understand what that means can happen here in Texas?

Antiboycott Regulations
The United States has an established policy of opposing restrictive trade practices or boycotts fostered or imposed by foreign countries against other countries friendly to the United States. This policy is implemented through the antiboycott provisions of the Export Administration Act enforced by the Department of Commerce and through the Tax Reform Act of 1977 enforced by the Department of the Treasury.
In general, these laws prohibit U.S. persons from participating in foreign boycotts or taking actions that further or support such boycotts. The antiboycott regulations carry out this general purpose by:
Prohibiting U.S. agencies or persons from refusing to do business with blacklisted firms and boycotted friendly countries pursuant to foreign boycott demands;
Prohibiting U.S. persons from discriminating against, or agreeing to discriminate against other U.S. persons on the basis of race, religion, sex, or national origin in order to comply with a foreign boycott;
Prohibiting U.S. persons from furnishing information about business relationships with boycotted friendly foreign countries or blacklisted companies in response to boycott requirements;
Providing for public disclosure of requests to comply with foreign boycotts; and
Requiring U.S. persons who receive requests to report receipt of the requests to the Commerce Department and disclose publicly whether they have complied with such requests.
The antiboycott provisions of the Export Administration Act apply to all U.S. persons, including intermediaries in the export process, as well as foreign subsidiaries that are "controlled in fact" by U.S. companies and U.S. officials.
The Department of Commerce's Office of Antiboycott Compliance (OAC) administers the program through ongoing investigations of corporate activities. OAC operates an automated boycott-reporting system providing statistical and enforcement data to Congress and to the public, issuing interpretations of the regulations for the affected public, and offering nonbinding informal guidance to the private sector on specific compliance concerns. U.S. firms with questions about complying with antiboycott regulations should call OAC at 202-482-2381 or write to Office of Antiboycott Compliance, Bureau of Export Administration, Room 6098, U.S. Department of Commerce, Washington, DC 20230.
Wrong. They are here enough to have their own classes. Starting this year I noticed they are getting their own teacher of the year, along with the regular teacher of the year. Last summer I counted 5 non-hispanic kids when I took my grandson to first day of summer school. It got better as school got off, but only in that at say at least 85% were hispanic. Teachers and kids were talking spanish, which is the reason they were suppose to be there... language causing learning gaps. I had to call state demanding my grandsons rights to go to summer school. The "whoever" they are ... are bringing a lawsuit against the school district here for pressing truancy on the hispanic kids that skipped school to protest in April.
The problem: for whatever reason, the powers that be that are suppose to represent We THE PEOPLE, aren't doing it. For whatever the reason is, these illegal invading lawbreaking "shadow" people are being pandered to.
And I am madder than hammered-hell about it.
I agree, Texas has been inundated and overflowing with the illegal alien kids and their attitudes toward our American children is outrageous if not downright dangerous but the press won't report that.
Thing is... the Mexican Congress is involved now. Even some are coming to participate in the LA boycott march. Advocating boycott in Mexico. That is a direct violation of the NAFTA treaty.
But, what the hey... just another law being broken and NOTHING being done about it.
What is going on here?
Do you have kids in school, or know any kids in school? The kids tell us (parent figures) they harrass the snot out of them. Gangs of them, too. Spray paint that goofy stuff all over the place, too. The gang sign stuff.

Years ago illegals came here to take our jobs, and we did nothing. A few weeks ago illegals took our flags, and we did nothing. Today illegals are taking our national anthem. Illegals are a large part of that growing group of people who are determined to destroy the culture and heart of America...with the help of some politicians. What will they take from us tomorrow?
