People who are opposed to the current state of illegal immigration are trying to get like-minded people mobilized to call this number and let the White House know that they will be voting the people responsible out of office. Apparently the White House actually pays attention to this phone line, and figures that the people who will actually go through the effort to write down the number and call will also go through the effort of getting out and voting. The number is 202-456-1111.
