DHS Child Sex Sting Official Is A Democrat
Earlier today we listed some of the strong reaction to the arrest of Department of Homeland Security deputy press secretary Brian J. Doyle for attempting to arrange sexual relations with what he believed to be a 14-year-old female. Much of the reaction was critical of the Bush administration for not properly vetting one of their appointees. That assessment is dead wrong.
Brian Doyle is a career civil servant - NOT a political appointee. Government workers aren't "vetted." Doyle, as a DHS employee probably has a secret or top secret government clearance, but in DC that's hardly a unique commodity in DC. Unless there is some prior history of pedophilia or sex crimes, the background searches and investigation wouldn't have alerted anyone to the possibility that he might get into the kind of trouble he's in now. The kind of hindsight analysis suggesting that the White House should have been "vetting" the civil service employees of their agencies, is laughable considering that the Clinton administration who dogged for years over the FBI files scandal (Filegate). It's also probably illegal...
So what do we know about is Brian Doyle? He's a former Time magazine reporter, career civil servant, and a registered Democrat.
You evidently are easy prey for any lying media slant story or Democrat dirty trickster..
Sure there are Republican pedophiles....thats not the point. The point is that this guy isn't one of them!
I think the point folks here are trying to make is the MSM would headline their story "Conservative Republican Department of Homeland Security deputy press secretary Brian J. Doyle is arrested for . . . .", but when it is a DemonRAT the story would read "Department of Homeland Security deputy press secretary Brian J. Doyle is arrested for . . . .". The bias is enough to make me never watch TV news, EVER.

This is one time that party affliation doesn't count, what counts is the fact that the FBI didn't pick this up years ago.
He most probably sexually abused his daughters. This also a problem that just doesn't happen overnight and is something that is not solved by slapping them on the wrist or castrating them. Keeping these predators off of the street and incarcerated is the only answer.
These people usually esculate from sexual to extreme physical abuse because they don't want to get caught, so their victims end up dead.
The first night this story came out I kept mentioning to people isn't it weird the media hasn't reported what party this guy is affiliated with?............I should have connected the dots and figured out why!. ........I wonder if the MSM knows how much they are despised?!
I agree. Creeps can be R's too. But the media specifically left the impression that this guy was a Bush appointee.
I see. Whenever a crime is committed by a politician and they don't identify the party, you can dam well bet it's a democrat. I don't think I have ever read or heard them identify a democrat that has committed some kind of dirty deed, but they will always identify a Republican. Always.

Just to deviate a little from the thread, in my morning Phoenix paper the headline read "Libby ties Bush to Iraq leaks", and after reading the entire article they leave you with the impression that the DemocRATs have now got Bush where they want him for leaking classified data. They even went back and quoted him out of context about how anyone found to have leaked in his admin would no longer be working in his admin. Never once did the article (William Douglas of Knight Ridder Newspapers) ever once mention that it is perfectly within the law for the President and the Vice President to determine when and if classified data is allowed to be declassified and subsequently be put into the public realm. Reading the article I would conclude now that Libby has squealed like a stuck pig, the impeachment can begin immediately - we have found the source of the leaks - let the games begin!!!. Can't be leaks if GWB and Cheney (Libby) have the authority to declassify parts of the NIE. Libby ties Bush to Iraq leaks

OOOPS...... sorry, I just got that confused but I'm sure the media will give us the low down on this guy before much longer. Maybe they are holding off until they can get a real indepth composit of his life history......
