The US Government has made no determination regarding the authenticity of the documents, validity or factual accuracy of the information contained therein, or the quality of any translations, when available. That's interesting. Why would we need SOPs for unscheduled UN visits?

I believe so, it's a portal that documents are released on, as they are translated, updated every few days.
I don't know exactly when it started , boring but interesting reading... specially looking back.
