This picture of yes, THAT Rudy Guiliani is worth a thousand words. Do we really want a Drag Queen President in the White House? Never mind his liberal social positions. Just ask yourself if you want a guy to the left (literally in a physical sense) of metrosexual John Kerry in the Oval Office. Character is well established when no one's watching. Its unbelievable how this guy panders to the freaks and weirdoes of America.

I don't know...

I might want someone who can actually win the election, and was an extremely effective administrator of one of the largest cities on earth, turning it from a craphole to a nice place, myself.

Others may prefer someone who will nobly lose to Hilary Clinton while shilling for their favorite social con hobbyhorses.

Uh, putting on a dress for a gag once, and then performing a mocking reprise of it on SNL, does not a drag queen make.

We don't want some dumb comedian for a President either, right? So Richard Nixon's "Sock it to me!" cameo on "Rowan and Martin's Laugh In" means he's unfit for the Republican nomination.

And we don't want some pompous know-nothing actor for President, right? So that Ronald Reagan fellow...

So if Rudy is the Republican candidate I'll vote for him even if Perot does decide to run.

One picture of Rudy in a theatrical spoof, does not make him unfit to be President, as already pointed out in another post. I don't agree with Rudy on a lot of positions, but if the 'Rat nominee is Mrs. Bill Clinton, Americans don't have a lot of choices except to throw that lever for the GOP, and if that equates to voting "against" someone instead of "for" someone, so be it.

As for Joe Farah and his pompous decrees about "not being fooled", one only needs to look at his own hypocrisy in "fooling" thousands of people into forking over $99 dollars for his bogus "G2 Intel Newsletter" with all of it's panic headlines and profiteering on the topics of "American Hiroshima", "Nukes Under Our Beds" and all that rot. Farah is a fearmongering web pimp, and if he is against Rudy, that is all the more reason to vote for the man. Or drag queen. Or whatever. Rudy believes in winning the War on Terror, and taking no prisoners, and I daresay he would prosecute that war with even more vigor than the Bush Administration. That's good enough for me.

"No that photo you're seeing has not been retouched. It really is Rudy Giuliani made up in a blond wig and pink dress in a spoof of 'Victor-Victoria' for the 1997 Inner Circle dinner. He followed that up with more cross-dressing antics on 'Saturday Night Live.' Then in 2001, he agreed to appear in drag in an episode of 'Queer As Folk.'"

I didn't previously know about that, but it doesn't surprise me at all. Neither does his more recent rhetoric. Caligula "conservatives" (libertine liberals) would love to have him as our choice to run against Hillary, because its members would be just as happy with one as the other to ruin our country.

And watch the public reaction when his divorce issue is repeatedly recycled.

I will never vote for a man who cannot keep his vow to his wife and the mother of his child. Not for dogcatcher, let alone President. He can look into his wife's eyes and lie to her, and she knows him a lot more years than I do. What makes conservatives like me so special that he won't lie to us? How can lying to your wife in front of God and man at your wedding be any less sacred than lying to your country?

Rudy is unelectable. I'm sure New Yorkers feel he's done a fine job. His shtick will not go over in the states between the Right & Left Coasts.

Rudy is a hell of a politician. Where's your sense of humor? I like the picture.

He's not a drag "queen" unless he engages in homosexual behavior. If he simply dresses in drag, then he is a transvestite.

The article is right on.

But the picture of him in drag is a non-starter. There is a picture in my high school year book of a number of us on the football team dressed up as cheerleaders. We had make-up, fake boobs, etc.

Do you honestly think that anyone who ever went to a costume party dressed as a woman should be disqualified from public office?

We would do better to concentrate on his support for gay marriage and abortion on demand.

But regarding the rest of the article, Farah is right on.

When was the last time a person from the Northeast won the Presidency? Hitlery isn't from there but, she represents them and few from the South will vote for her. Where does this lead..... McLame? Someone with strong ties to the South needs to step forword.

My objection to Rudy is the shameful way he handled the divorce of his wife. This a man with no redeemable character.

We really like Rudy Guiliani. How he handled the 9/11 tragedy was fantastic. He truly cared.

That said, he does not give us the impression that he would be great Presidential material. I know there will never be another Ronald Reagan, unfortunately we cannot support someone for President that does not even come close.

Reagan was in a movie with a monkey, for crying out loud. Did it make him any less of a great President?

Oh,PLEASE!

A gag now makes a guy a drag queen? I wonder how many people here have, at one time or another, attended a Halloween party dressed as a woman, a nun, etc. Show of hands, please? If you have, do you consider yourself to be gay?

You can make a legitimate case about positions on abortion, gun control, etc, when it comes to Giuliani, and that would be fair game. This is not.

If we applied the same kind of (often anal-retentive)criteria to all candidates, past and present, George Washington couldn't be elected preisdent, should he arise from the grave and find the job worth having again.

I would rather have gridlock than another liberal elitist RINO like Bush. We have gained nothing with Bush - yes libs are much, much, much worse. But having RINOs like McCain, Guiliani and Bush is still going to drive us over the cliff - instead of 100mph with the libs well just go at 50 mph.

Its like comparing bad to worse. Ill take neither thank you.
