A good man but the RINOs won't have him as their standard-bearer. And New Jersey, being a socialist cesspool, there is only room for a real socialist and the pretend one in Thomas Kean. Its not like you have a lot of choices in the Garden State.

Hi Coleus-

Is there a place where one can visit during their travels around the state to sign a petition since time appears to be of the essence? While I'm a very pro-choice Republican, I'm essentially a single-issue voter when it comes to RKBA...and it looks like I could get behind this candidate. Keep us posted.

I think it would be unconstitutional for them to require a NJ driver's license for someone to register to vote. Just show up at the voter-registration office with a utilities bill showing that you live in Hudson County and you shouldn't have a problem registering.

The only thing this would accomplish is making it easier for Menendez to win the election.

Exactly. NJ, like NY and other Northeastern states, will not go for a conservative state-wide, period. NJ has tried numerous times in the past several years, and each person has been walloped. A moderate GOPer is still better than Menendez any day of the week.

We need to defeat Menendez in November. Whatever it takes and John Ginty stands for a lot of things I do too.

"A moderate GOPer is still better than Menendez any day of the week." ALL OF US HAVE TO DETERMINE THAT AS INDIVIDUALS. I thought we were better off without Case. Conservatives don't win because they aren't supported by RINOs; yet they expect us to support their "moderates"!

Even a proven liar like Kean Jr? Remember his fib about bad traffic preventing him from attending the fund-raiser with the Vice President?

Kean doesn't have money to play around. The state party had better rally around Kean.

Kean isn't a moderate..he is a RINO in the true meaning of the word. He doesn't have a platform. John Ginty and the momentum that he is picking up from the NJ Conservatives will send a message to the Kean camp and the RINO Tom Wilson . 1000 signatures are needed and petitions are circulating.

NJ has tried numerous times in the past several years, and each person has been walloped.

So have the moderates. Once Corslime's taxes go through, he's going to be so unpopular that any candidate should do well by linking Menendez to him.

A moderate GOPer is still better than Menendez any day of the week.

Not really, look how Specter, McCain, Graham and the other RINOS in the senate are screwing us over with this illegal immigration thing. Adding another member (and Little puke is far to the left of them) to that P.O.S. club will only embolden them more, especially if we don't gain any new seats or if we lose conservatives from elsewhere.

I for one will not vote for Kean under any circumstance

It's incredibly easy to register in New Jersey if you register at the county clerk's office. (It's in Journal Square in Jersey City for Hudson County.) You just have to sign a form, and no need to provide identification. They will mail a voter identification card to your address.

On the other hand, I believe that if you register by mail, you will need to show a photo id when you vote.
