KFI bottom of the hour news in Los Angeles just had a report that Cardinal Roger Mahoney is urging Catholics to fast on April 5 to support illegal aliens. He will be holding a special mass.
If you have any additional info, please add to this report.
Mahoney is such a wussy, worthless, anti-American doofus. I used to live in LA and I can't stand the guy. What a phony.
Good, that's more food for me.
The Cardinal is so thoughtful.
OK I'll listen to my Thalia CD while I pick up some extra large orders of Del Taco, at the drive-thru then.
Done deal.
I say that the rest of us who do not suppport illegal immigration have a huge block party and pig out!
Sounds like a plan!
I guess the way to Mahoney's heart would be to be an illegal alien paedofile priest.
He would have folks fasting for months to help them~
Cardinal Mahony. I guess I'll sound like a Cafeteria Catholic if I say I try to ignore anything to do with that particular Prince of the Church.
If I said what I really think of him, I'd have to go to Confession, and probably be banned from FR.
I'll be praying the government builds a great big wall.
As a devout, practicing Roman Catholic, in light of Cardinal Mahoney's request, I will go to Red Lobster and have a FEAST!!
The man is a disgrace to the Church.
I recently read Raymond Arroyo's book on Mother Angelica. I had heard about how he mistreated her, but it made me angry all over again.
Catholic Ping!
So what should we do? At his special mass, stand in line, and then refuse the Host from such a hand?
Heresy is the only hope that the Church has, if Orthodoxy is so self destructive.
What, I wonder, are the immigration policies of Vatican City?
A big fat juicy steak for me on Wednesday. Mmmm....porterhouse.
April 5th is my birthday. There will be no denial of anything for me on that day!
EAT UP!
We've no evidence this is coming from Rome.
ACLU, where are you guys?
If Mahoney urged Catholics to fast for the unborn, the media and the Far Left would cry "Separation of Church & State!".
