The persistent inflow of Hispanic immigrants threatens to divide the United States into two peoples, two cultures, and two languages. Unlike past immigrant groups, Mexicans and other Latinos have not assimilated into mainstream U.S. culture, forming instead their own political and linguistic enclavesfrom Los Angeles to Miamiand rejecting the Anglo-Protestant values that built the American dream. The United States ignores this challenge at its peril.

What would you think of people with dual citizenship? Wouldn't that also mean an individual has loyalties to a country other than the US? Well, I have dual citizenship so I can answer that question first hand. I was born in Japan to American parents, but have allegiance to no country other than the United States. If someone wants to enter America to make money and retain their citizenship with their mother country, that is fine with me. Do it legally. If others find their country and/or culture is failing them, want to come to America to better themselves and become United States citizens, then they should do so legally, adopt our culture and pledge allegiance to the United States. I can't speak for others, but General John Abizaid comes to mind. Who would know that he is Lebanese and speaks fluent Arab. Does anyone think he has loyalties other than to the United States? |
Yes it does, and I would kick his butt out.
There's plenty of empty roadless desert land, which is exactly as they would have left it if their fairy tale of past inhabitation of the Southwest was true. I say the Feds should offer 20 acres of empty desert BLM land and if they make a go of it in 5 years, after at least one member of their family does a stint in the military they can apply for citizenship.
What really tipped the scales in Cortez's favor, of course---obviously besides the "western way of war"---was the fact that he had 25,000 Indian allies who blocked off the escape routes, and forced the Aztecs to fight him in the narrow streets where their numbers were meaningless.
bump for later
Bingo. Instead of the "Norse-Aryan Volk" myth, they have the "new bronze race" myth, supposedly born of that love-fest between the brown-skinned Spaniards, and the brown-skinned Indians.
They even have a "Mein Kampf," which is called "El Plan de Aztlan," full of racial and socialist mumbo jumbo. Their "nationalism" is racial identity.
And this Plan de Aztlan is no trivial matter. It's the "constitution" of MEChA, for example. MEChA is the student group dedicated to carrying out the "Plan de Aztlan." The A in MEChA is for Aztlan.
Why does this matter? Because there are active MEChA chapters on every college and high school campus in the Southwest peddling this twaddle as fact.
Today, after 20 years of this propaganda, MEChistas are judges, lawyers, politicians, and so on, in positions of real power to influence events.
How important are these grown-up MEChistas?
Here's one notable MEChista:
Read about how a pro-communist, ultra radical "MEChista" named Tony Villar cut his hair, changed his name, put on a tie, and became the mayor of America's second largest city.
It should also be mentioned that the official logo of MEChA is an eagle, holding a blood-dripping Aztec head-chopper in one talon, and a lit dynamite bomb in the other.
And the founder of the UCLA chapter of MEChA, is now the mayor of LA, so this is no "fringe" element.
Montebello High Scool, LA, March 27, 2006. That is the tall flagpole over the entire school. People who understand the MEChA movement are not at all shocked by these scenes. We've seen it coming for years, and this is only the beginning of what is to come.
The elites in this country are completely and totally detached from reality, all they know is what they imagine.
I was once in Harlem with a very wealthy blueblood friend of mine (married to a Dupont) and he made the comment that every time he visited Harlem he felt he knew how black people lived and experienced things. I simply turned to him and told him "You're just a tourist, you haven't got a clue". That is I am afraid how all elites are when it comes to the rest of the societies they live in. We have our world and they live in theirs.
Exactly!
My great-grandmother legally immigrated from eastern Europe. She washed bank floors in Pittsburgh. She was Slovak speaking. My grandmother would not speak a word of Slovak no matter how hard us grand kids pestered her. She considered herself American. She spoke English only.
My wife's dad was a legal immigrant from Portugal. Her dad learned and spoke English only even at home.
English is the language that unites us. English is the language that America was founded upon.
This multi cultural BS that the liberal idiots have foisted on us is what will destroy our nation.
But then as we see more and more brainwashed zombies think we need some one world Utopian government. I think their goal is to destroy this nation.
"I would defend the Cubans and South Americans and Nicaraguans who fled the Sandies. "
Yeah. There's a world of difference between Elian Gonzales' mother giving her life to release her son from demonic Communist oppression and a Mexican breaking into our country for money.
There's something wrong when the former got sent back to the gulag and the latter is allowed to step on our laws, sovereignty and Constitution.
Culture. language, borders. Let's keep 'em.
I like Tony, but sometimes those rose colored glasses of his, hamper his ability to see clearly.
Problem is most people look at you like you are insane when you try to tell them about La Raza or MECHa
Print out some URLs with the titles about LaRaza and give it to them. Say, "Check it out for yourself if you don't believe me."
I KNOW that's true. It's that way when you attempt to educate people about many leftist groups and their radical agendas.
Agreed.
