Everyone who wants to immigrate into the U.S. should be legally required to prove they are fluent in written and spoken English first.
That would have kept out Einstein, Fermi, Tezla and countless others who eventually contributed to this country. I came here as a child with my parents, my english was barely passable at the time. My father spoke English, my mother did not and learned while she was here.
