Intimidation is the name of the game, and this week we've seen some world-class players at work. A few disc jockeys and an army of high-school kids out for a day of hooky made quick work of several Republican senators. March madness, indeed. If the Republican majorities in both the House and Senate buckle and enact still another amnesty for the millions of illegal aliens among us, as anyone consulting history should expect them to do, credit must go where credit belongs.......

I cannot believe people think Bush has betrayed them .. I just don't believe that for a moment.
So you'd rather have a lying, cheating, rapist in the WH, than a Godly man .. doesn't say much for your choices.
truth bump....
my tagline was used during the Miers nomination, i've kept it since then.....things that opposers were called by the Bushbots...i added looter for good measure ;)
good post
BRAVO!
Get GOOD people to run against them if you are really determined to get rid of them!!!!
DONT STAY HOME VOTE THIRD PARTY!

You'd rather have a Democrat?? I thought you guys had to many of those already?
I gotta ask, how is that unsubstantiated?? It was a suggestion. It doesn't require "substantiation".
Nice tagline !
Senators are responding, initially, to what they see on the streets and the political situation in Mexico (described by me in an earlier post). They need to hear from their constituents. Call their office EVERY day, if necessary. If that fails, join the RNC and recruit someone who more nearly matches your views.
The ONLY thing I'll advise against is voting for a Democrat. You will be infinitely sorry. I knew people who voted for Clinton because of the Bush, Sr. tax increase. BOY, were THEY sorry!!
I appreciate your input, my argument makes more sense than rewarding lawbreakers with a guest worker program. (I am not serious (yet) it was just a response, removal of the President won't happen but censure might.)Sure its extreme but one man does not run a country unless he is a dictator or tyrant..whoops...and in case you didn't notice there is an attempt in the Southwest United States to take over our government by massive illegal immigration. Open borders during a time of war defy logic. Granting a path to legal residency and a path to citizenship to those who broke the law to get here and want to overthrow the government defies logic and is plain idiotic.
The President is probably considering the fact that the election in Mexico is happening soon. Vincente Fox's party has a candidate, but the person running against him is an avowed ant-American, and, probably, a Communist, who has close ties to Chavez in Venezuela and Castro in Cuba. The USA gets 40% of their oil from Mexico and Venezuela. Now then, two guesses as to how much oil we're going to be getting from these clowns if we totally alienate Mexico, and, heaven forbid, they elect a Communist.
Presidente Bush hasn't done a darn thing to stop illegal immigration for the last five years other than to encourage it by talk of amnesty and a guest worker program to reward the illegals. He could have done something 5 years ago, no excuses now. Where have you been? Do we sell out our citizens and principles for oil?
Americans are not taking the current hike in oil prices well. Can you imagine being squeezed by the Arabs and Latin America for our oil supply? Not a pretty picture!
LA being overrun by illegal Mexicans is not a pretty picture either. Mexican flags being flow over US flags indicates we already have a war within. We have oil that needs to be drilled but blocked by democrats. Go visit downtown LA barrios and get back to me with your new opinion.....the reconquista is rolling on and you are worried about oil? Let Fox sell his oil elsewhere,it will still end up in the USA it is a fungible commodity. The elite in Mexico have caused their problems and so far have gotten away with sending their problems to the USA it looks like they have exported their revolution here. Nice huh?
Conservatives have waited a long time to see movement, any kind of movement, on issues that they hold dear. We hushed our fellow Americans when they railed against the erosion of our right to keep and bare arms. We hushed our fellow Americans when they railed against the continued slaughter of the unborn. We hushed our fellow Americans when they railed against the invasion of our privacy. We did this all in the name of party unity: because when WE were in control of the House, Senate, and White House, things would be DIFFERENT.
For the first time in over 40 years, we finally have the momentum to DO SOMETHING about illegals invading our country. With every month that passes, more and more come here, feeding off our system, impacting our schools, hospitals, job market, communities, and pockets. Several of the bastards who killed over 2,700 of my fellow citizens were here ILLEGALLY.
Instead of taking a bold move, which I would expect from a Godly man who VOWED to protect and defend our country, he's playing kissy-face with Vicente Fox. If we don't push through FORCEFUL legislation that actually stops this invasion of our shores, then YES, IT IS A BETRAYAL.
You think the Democrats can only offer us a POS like Clinton? I'll take Lieberman in a heartbeat, if he puts forward as part of his platform a strong plan to stop this bull. I'll take Steve Levy, a DEMOCRAT from Long Island, who is kicking butt and taking names and running illegals out. I'll take someone who gives me just a little of what I want politically, and suffer with the rest, because like so many of my fellow Americans, we've been doing it for a LONG TIME NOW ALREADY on certain key issues. If we don't stop this now, in 15 years our country won't look like the America I'm fighting to protect.
Oh great - what will third party do for you = NOTHING!!!
You will have sold out your party and allowed the democrats to take over - people can't be that stupid.
Spot on.
With Bush, immigration law enforcement is something that only happens in the future - and then only in concert with an amnesty that happens now. He has zero credibility on the issue.
He has to be defeated on this issue, not trusted.
