Via Michelle Malkin, it's what the Montebello High (Calif.) flagpole looked like when protesters were done with it.

Please call them INVADERS and don't compare them to people who are legal aliens!

IF you aid and abet CRIMINALS, you are a criminal!

President Bush has been great on most things except for our border.
He has been great on the war on terrorists.
But on the border he is a gross failure.
He acted fast and correct on the 3,000+ people murdered at the world trade center.
He ignores the many rapes, murders and robberies which might be larger than the murders and money loss at the world trade center.
More Americans are abducted on the border of Mexico than in Iraq!

Start building the fence.

It should be made a felony for Criminals who overstay their visas and Invaders.

I believe we should give amnesty to these poor CRIMINALS or INVADERS.
This should be a 2 week amnesty to get the heck out of our Country.
The ones who ignore this amnesty should be buried in a tent city jail and fined $10,000 or buried elsewhere.
All aiders and abettors of these CRIMINALS or INVADERS should get 1 year in a tent city jail and a $10,000 fine for each CRIMINAL aided.
Those in government should be the first ones charged.

It turns out the Spanish media was stoking the fire. In fact, they went a step further...even telling them when and where to protest...what to wear and how to do it. It was an all-out propaganda war.

Well, then, it's time to turn on the light. Time to start keeping an audio record of these broadcasts, and translations to be available to anyone who wishes to read them.
Would Jim Robinson have any objection to using Free Republic as a vehicle for such education? I certainly hope so.

A continuing thread, "The Invaders Among Us" would not be an inappropriate name for a permanent thread here.

Apparently here in Dallas school buses were provided to the kids cutting school to take them TO the protests...not just bring them back to school. They also threw rocks and damaged cars stuck in traffic. At least they were peaceful. /sarcasm
Every single one that was interviewed on the news had no clue about why they were protesting or what the bill was about. One girl blamed it on Bush and when a reporter said that Bush was on her side she said, " Thats not what I heard!"

The Spanish media was stoking the fire? Really? They were from Spain? Perhaps he means Mexican media.

We were driving up to the on ramp for the freeway in our local town, and were met with three deep rows of hispanic children (high school age), some carrying signs--most just walking along on the sidewalk, protesting against the House bill.

1. While they were waiting for the light to change, a few sat on people's cars that were in the Burger King parking lot next to the sidewalk. ---I was taught that was someone ELSE's property, and NOT to do that.

2. My husband smiled and yelled, "God Bless the United States of America." Their reply...down the line...as we drove by...was F___ YOU!!!

Now, it seems to me, that if you are trying to barge into someone else's country illegally, you might not want to swear at those whose help you'll need to stay there.

I was shocked. I was furious. They were tacky. They were rude.

The Syrians recently 'deployed' protesting mobs by bus a few months back in Lebanon.

The MSM has a perpetual woody for an angry mob.

Are you guys kidding me?! The protesters were actually told WHEN AND WHERE to meet? And they have a WEB SITE - you don't say?! I guess all irony is lost on FReeper ACTIVISTS.

I hope they all go to Washington to demonstrate and protest. Washington needs to see first hand what is really happening and the true numbers involved. They need to shut down Washington for about three days and get a real feel of what it's going to be like when they are allowed to stay in the US and "STOP WORK" anytime they don't get what they want.

The area should have been cordoned off and as "protestors" were leaving they should have been asked to prove US citizenship or produce a legal "green card". Failure on either count would have put them immediately on a bus to the Mexican border.

These were not Rent-a-mobs though the rest of the article seems accurate. Does Boortz really believe we don't have millions of anti-American Leftists happy to make trouble for the GOP.

Rent-A-Mob = Flashmobs.

See Bill Wasik:

>>> Bill Wasik and the Flash Mob<<<

>>>The inventor of the Flash Mob, Bill Wasik, recently revealed his identity. Wasik is a senior editor at Harpers Magazine. The flash mobs were gatherings of hip, strangers via high tech means (text message, email, etc.) to do something pointless, but quirky and cute like hold a tissue in the air and drop it or gather around an expensive rug at Macy’s. They started off in Manhattan in the summer of 2003 and spread all around the world according to their entry in wikipedia. When Wasik claimed credit for starting the micro-craze, he announced that his intention was to mock the youth hipster culture as nothing more than a race to the next trend. He purportedly intended to draw attention to the hipster’s blind faith in anything with a whiff of irony, despite the stench of confusion, creative want, and conformity.<<<<<

When they came to Capitol Hill a couple of weeks ago, they were bused in riding on nice, comfortable, air conditioned buses. I wondered at the time who was paying for it.

The MSM handled the protests in Spain after the train-bombings in the same, slipshod manner.

Every live feed at the outset of it was saying that the people were in the streets showing sympathy for the victims and their families. They casually mentioned that the crowds looked 'youthful'... but didn't make any reference to the ONLY signs they carried.

Those signs had only 3 letters... PAZ. The people were not showing sympathy at all... they were showing anger at Aznar for confronting Islamo-facsism.

these were essentially rent-a-mobs..carefully coordinated over a period of weeks to show up and do their thing.

The rent-a-crowd mobs of the last few days have been $0 rent, because they're mostly kids who want to ditch school -- gullibly being led by a smaller number of organized people with the signs.
