Its time the "silent majority" lets the Senate know where we stand

I have great faith in the power of our system. We fight amongst ourselves but in the end, the America people "get it right" a lot more than we blow it. Now is the time for us to get it right.

Today we are facing the long simmering question of what to do with the illegal invaders who flood our country. Americans are a slow to boil over, live-and-let-live people. We are a nation of immigrants. We don't hate people because of where they come from and we are always looking to open our doors to those who want to follow our laws and become good Americans. Nevertheless, enough is enough.

All we want is to see a sensible end to this question. We have let the politicians try to handle it as we sat back and waited. The time for waiting is now over. These people obviously need a quick infusion of backbone.

We must be the adults here. We must remind these children, Democrat and Republican alike, about just how they got to where they are. We put them in office and we can take them out of office. Now is the time to send the message loud and clear. "Get this thing solved now!"

Each of the Senators listed below is up for election this year. Contact your Senator and send the message: Enforce the borders, Send criminal illegals back first then as many others as we can, and hand out stiff punishments to employers who make this county a temptation these illegals can't resist. And of course DO IT NOW! Don't tell us these illegals waving Mexican and other flags through our streets have had an effect on you. We don't want to hear that. We are the American voter and you damned well better listen to us!

John Conyers as head of Judiciary because you get your panties in a twist? Boy that is sum gud thinkin'.

And Charlie Rangel as head of Ways and Means. That is a worthy goal to punish the GOP for not falling all over itself kowtowing to morons.

Oh, nice insults. You think we're morons because we insist that Republicans act like Republicans? This lot has spent us into a deep abyss where the promissory notes are held by islamofascists and ChiComs, and has compromised our security and sovereignty by gleefully letting millions stream in through our porous borders to satisfy the slave labor needs of their biggest donors.

What do you suggest we do? Got any constructive suggestions? Or does this state of affairs suit you fine?

No I think attacks on the GOP will damage National Security AND EVERY SINGLE thing you believe in. Those using this excuse to do so are from the "Are We There Yet?" Wing of the Party. Perpetually Pissed Off and ready to jump from the frying pan into the fire in the deluded belief that will make them cooler. Many don't even vote GOP and have no plans to.

Those who believe we are endangered by having DEBT purchased by other nations don't have much of a grasp of realities economic or otherwise. Sorry if I cannot pretend to be dealing with unemotional people who carefully think about what they believe.

My "solution" is only a stop gap like all others. I would like to see Cities which refuse to cooperate with immigration authorities lose ALL federal funding.

I would like to see Citizen border control under STRICT control by state or federal officers.

I would like to see Churches which are accessories in the protecting illegals from the authorities be either fined heavily or removed from taxempt status.

Until a better handle is gotten on this I would like to see federal reimbursement of the extraordinary expenses of local communities for dealing with the illegals.

My community has huge numbers of illegals but here they are not that big a problem. Here there are probably as many from Poland, Ireland, Russia and Eastern Europe as from Mexico.

But the reality is that the GOP must be supported because only it will continue the fight against the terrorists (our most important National issue) and reduction of taxes (probably second) and the appointment of conservative judges (third). The Illegal issue has been vastly overblown in importance and is useful only as a means to attack the GOP.

Just what sort of stick would you use to beat these RINO turncoats into sanity?

Honestly, I don't know. I guess sometimes you just got to hold your nose and vote. I know I personally refused to give money to the Republican Senate Campaign this week when the telemarketer called because as long as Chaffe is being supported I won't give.

I know punishing Bush 41 in 1992 gave us Bill Clinton. Many what-ifs going all the way to 9-11 you got to question because of that Republican protest.

This President and a Republican majority gave us Roberts and Alito on the Supreme Court but I still think a huge FR population want to punish them for not supporting their particular case of the day. Sometimes you got to look at the bigger picture. A Democrat majority will give you Harry "we killed the Patriot Act" Reid as majority leader. Again, what will that accomplish.
