I totally agree!!

Although I occasionally enjoy listening to the view points of the "political pundits" like Michelle Malkin, etc, etc, their "opinions" do not influence how I vote.

Keep in mind, that being a political pundit is her JOB. This is what she does to make a living. She needs to keep her listeners and her readers happy, so she'll stir things up every once in awhile. If she doesn't, she'll be out of a job.

The bottom line is, don't take everything a political pundit says seriously.........

GO 'W' GO!!

You aren't too chicken to accuse someone of being a troll to their face, right?

Washington Wire notes that in the wake of Andy Cards resignation, "speculation will turn immediately to an intriguing question about his future: Is Card about to launch a campaign to become the next governor of Massachusetts, his home state? Acquaintances say Card has been telling them in recent months that would be his dream job."

However, Ankle Biting Pundits has a different take: "I have been told by Washington insiders that Card is leaving to play a significant role in the presidential campaign of Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney. This announcement will not be made for several months; perhaps not until after the 2006 election, but many of Card's associates have already been working for Romney behind the scenes."

I have no grudge against HM.

It's just the whole fiasco made me realise that I didn't really know George W. Bush at all.

And nothing since then has changed that opinion.

Perhaps EP feels the same?

Some believe the poll numbers are lying. When they're bad, of course. Not necessarily when they're good.

Are you saying MM only goes to the right of the Bush administration for ratings?

What are you talking about? You are the one who insinuated that there are trolls here on this thread, and you failed to accuse anyone directly.

Any other reason than cowardice?

People need to turn off the TV, get some exercise, and reflect on where we are in history and how well Bush is handling very tough conditions in the world.

Wow! Nicely said!

And I agree with you 100%!

Pubs are pragmatic, rational people who will choose to get the best results possible in the mid-term elections.

At least MOST of us are, carl. :)

Scott McClellan needs to have been fired at least a year ago. It's because of his misrepresentation of Bush's views that W was slammed with changing his position on the leak-gate fallout. Bush's own statements were always uniform with each other but Scott McClellan flubbed creating an embarrassing opening for the MSM and political enemies of the president.

Wrong. Bush's courage is what has kept us safe for almost 6 years, and THAT is what he will be remembered for.

Action as a result of courage, strength and integrity.

I hope we all live long enough to see the wrongs against this man, and the false and vile attacks on him, reversed............just like we have lived long enough to see the lesser, but similar attacks against Ronald Reagan reversed by history.

I hope you're on the right side of it when you look back at the words you said here, Tread. I hope you grasp the big picture before you're proven wrong by history.

Nice talking with you, Tread. This has been productive, IMO. We don't agree, but it's been civil.

He trusted Harriet Mier to not legislate from the bench and to interpret the Constitution as it was written, as he had promised.

I do not believe it was a good choice, and that was proven by the fact that she couldn't make it through the process.

It ended up being a very good thing because Alito belongs right where he is, and, while I was puzzled, it hasn't changed my view of the President one bit.......nor do I believe it should for anyone.

(Read Bill Sammon's new book for some insight).

But this, once again, isn't a thread on Miers, so in the interest of not hijacking it, I'll let this one go....

You initiated the abusive freepmails

Do you always lie like this? You DO know that the truth that you sent me a freepmail calling me a 'moron' can be proven, don't you? And that I did not send you one first?

I don't think you want to go there.

And since you continue to spout leftist lies about Katrina, I think the best thing for me to do is ignore you.

Don't lie again, Ken. I haven't posted abuse yet, but I will if you choose to keep this up.
