I'm NOT playing games. Sam Alito is our newest SC justice. That's a pretty obvious fact for most of us.
And I only brought him up because you said President Bush 'hurt' you when he nominated Miers. I found that quite odd..........in a sensitive sort of way, of course....

Some folks just can't wait for the return of the likes of Web Hubbel, Janet Reno, Mad Maddie Cleaning Lady and assorted other America haters.
To say nothing of the Rodham brothers and Roger Clinton prowling our White House!
Can anyone name a single person in the Clinton administration that would like to see return to power?

You know what? I am not in the best of moods right now, so rather than taking the chance of saying something nasty, I think I will take the rest of the day off, as posting goes :)
Take care

He should have never been hired in the first place.
After the 9/11 massacres-when the administration realized that the Dept. of Transportation was no longer the traditional patronage mill it had been up to that point-he should have been fired immediately.

It is NOT a 'fact' that the "Bush/Cheney administration" went "hard left."
If you want others to respond to you seriously and without sarcasm, perhaps you should avoid stating your skewed opinions as 'facts.'
It creates a more honest environment for serious dialogue.
The things you post rarely do.

What could he have been thinking to recommend Joe LIEberman as Secretary of Defense. He wanted to take a page out of the Clinton playbook (William Cohen, Secretary of Defense).
To: Dont_Tread_On_Me_888
SIMPLE QUESTION: Why did Dick Cheney allow the admin to move left when he was so conservative his whole life? First, Cheney is not a dictator. Second, George Bush was elected president , not Dick Cheney. Third, the day Bush was elected he did not call Cheney in and say I am turning the presidency over to you. Fourth, what in OMB suggests we went hard left?

William Cohen never was part of a cabal dedicated to disenfranchising military votes during a presidential election.
My son was in the military when gore/LIEberman tried to pull that dirty trick and I will never forget that.
LIEberman is now favoring the military action in Iraq because it helps Israel.

I wonder if there's a chart showing the Presidents approval ratings under Ari vs McClellan. ;)
Yeah sure some of that is the WOT and not PS fault, but if the PS were better perhaps the "spin" out of Washington could bandaid the approval ratings.

No, it is fact. You can deny facts if you want, but reasonable people will not. The Office of Managment and Budget is not a spin center but shows the budget and historical data tables. Deny facts if you want--reasonable members will not.

Good answer to the malcontent gadfly Dont_Tread_On_Me_888. Notice how Dont_Tread_On_Me_888 doesn't mention Bush's across-the-board tax CUTS? That's anything but "leftist".

Hard left?
ROFL
My goodness. Anyone that has a different opinion than yours is automatically branded by you as hard left. Hehe I suppose you have to have SOMETHING to pontificate about. Or should I say bloviate?
